I do wonder whether some of the more extreme aspects of his life as he reports them are fake. We established as early as the OP that his claim to have legally changed his name to "Pansy Faggot" is false, which casts doubt over everything else. Someone else also pointed out that the cancer story is suspicious, as it would just happen to lead him to having the exact same conditions that he long fantasised about (castration and incontinence). IMO someone who had such advanced cancer that it spread all over their body to the extent that large chunks of it had to be removed wouldn't be in as good health as he seems to be. Especially bone marrow/blood cancers, once that shit starts to spread you usually have months left at best, most of them spent in bed in emaciated agony, not parading around with a broom dressed as a little girl. A bone marrow cancer like Leukaemia or Myeloma uses the calcium in your bones to reproduce - your bones literally dissolve from the inside out and the pain is indescribable. And the mutant bone marrow pumps horrific parodies of what should be blood cells into your bloodstream where they displace oxygen, wreck your immune system and destroy the kidneys. It's just a question of which organ will fail first. Again, not much room for flouncing around in a dress, the normal routine is to be bedbound and screaming until the doctors put you in a coma for your own good.

I do believe he's on disability, as it explains his total lack of productivity, but I would take everything he and Al say with a pinch of salt because a lot of it looks like masturbatory fantasy.

He honestly looks relatively healthy- actually, somehow he looks healthier than a lot of other people his age. He is almost 60 and depending on what demographic you're looking at, many belonging to this age group do not look good especially since I think Pansy comes from a disadvantaged place. I know he wears fake tan, but his skin looks pretty smooth and undamaged, he's somehow managed to retain healthy muscle tone, he's not really that overweight, and his face looks rosy and generally gives off signs of good health (if you don't count the makeup and lifestyle he has chosen). He looked a little worse for the wear in his most recent photos, but most people with any kind of advanced cancer look pretty awful and stay that way after it's over, if it doesn't kill them. I have known a few people with blood and bone cancers and they ALL died within a couple years of diagnosis.
