I’m pretty certain that Phil is claiming all the tips as gifts is to use the tax loopholes regarding gifts. Too bad that tax law and bankruptcy are two different things, as bankruptcy doesn’t care if you got a grand from your parents a a gift, it just sees $10,000 in income that could have been put toward your debts.

Even if we made a list, in terms of liquidity, wouldn't they pretty much be worth zero anyways? A handful of them are damaged and almost all are out of their original packaging.
when you consider the sheer volume of statues he has, even if he's getting 10% of their original value i'd still wager he's getting at least 1k from the collection as a whole
Packaging only really matters for the value of toys. Statuettes and figurines like the Sideshow Collectibles stuff Phil has tend to keep their value without the boxes, and come damaged out of the box often enough that minor damage doesn’t decrease the value significantly, and some of their pieces are such small production runs that an item would almost need to be in pieces to lose most of its value on the secondary market.
The transaction fees are a business expense. Plus, the .30 just raises the transaction fee amount. lol.

How are you assessing the values? I think it's best to see on ebay what the last few actually sold for (not listing prices)
Also, the She-Hulk recently sold on ebay for $1400.
