Sure, and then she either asks what the fuck he's doing with those (since I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess he doesn't possess a huge iTunes-based music library) or just decides that he's a joker pissing away hundreds or thousands of dollars a month on something frivolous (DUH) and dismisses the bankruptcy, allowing the creditors to line up for ass-poundings.

Yes but it's just that, speculation (and Phil's not a reliable narrator here either).

Personally I'm skeptical of this argument since he's been playing some kind of gacha for ages and it's not clear how this "hiding" helps anyone-the trustee would see through it and he + Katherine keep their assets separate.

I think he’s more likely buying electronically for one and two I rly don’t think kat knows what is actually going on. She may have access to the bank acct but probably not the PayPal’s. The month he showed in court shows immediate withdrawal tohis bank account, but that does t mean he doesn’t have a few hundred $$ in iTunes sitting in his phones wallet.

If he’s the only one who has access to that debit card, and he hadn’t thought he had any need to hide what he was doing with it, the iTunes cards would just be a pain in the ass.

Except there's a ceiling to legitimate business expenses. IIRC you cannot claim more than your gross.

If you make $40 streaming a $60 game, you deduct $40. If you make $100 streaming a $60 game, you deduct $60.

He has never denied it, to my knowledge. It's always a detractor meme or nonsense. 100% proof would be him admitting it all or some kind of leak showing the spending from one of his accounts. Next closest would be for one of his mods to drop screenshots from the mod discord showing that the username @tzgnilki found, with its 4 digit unique identifier, matches. This is next closest because someone could fake the screenshots.
