Did Phil submit 1 months of paypal records for 1 or 2 accounts?

Did she ask for 6 months for 1 or 2 accounts?

These two things bug me. 1 month of 1 account (twitch, youtube, patreon, teespring etc) means hes hiding things. 1 month of 2 accounts means he may have done some financial finagling to make the second account look 'ok' (made legitimate expenses, no sweaty pixels) but Phil is not disciplined, at all, to not splurge on sweaty pixels FOR 6 MONTHS.

To tie into this, he had that initial meeting in October, roughly 6 months. If the trustee asked for 12 months both accounts and last years and this years taxes then he is 100% fucked. Anything short of that he has a chance, albeit very slim, to pigroach his way out.
  1. First, he submitted 1 month for 1 of his accounts
  2. Then he made an amendment and attached his 2nd secret super special account
  3. Then Nancy was so suspicious of his piggo scams that she said she doesn't usually do it but this time she wants the last 6 months for both accounts.
  4. Then piggo wrongly pigsplained how Paypal works (as a mature adult) as a "currency system" (!?), as an attempt to dodge the question of "Please explain to me how your Paypal works"
    1. Maybe he just misunderstood the question because he's a complete imbecile
So, if there are any bullshit transactions they'll pop up immediately. Roachelle seems like she doesn't give enough of a fuck, or is not competent enough to save his ass from getting destroyed.

If the amendment with the 2nd account is in there, I'm sure he spent nothing on sweaty pixels for that month, or withdrew it early so it didn't show.

Its the 6 months thats damning but she should really go for 12. If I was her I would. He realised he was insolvent in October but didnt file until Jan. I'd want 6 months prior to October

Did the initial filing have a PayPal account listed? I thought the initial filing only had his BoA account and the amendment was for one PayPal account. I was generally surprised when Nancy asked for both PayPal account histories. Girl did her homework.
The initial filing had no mention of Paypal, the amendment added the two accounts, but one was listed as having a balance of zero. Nancy received further documents that haven't been made public, including one month of account history and some kind of spreadsheet for business expenses.

DX nd nWo event?

He 1000% whaled on some crotch chop rasslers and some Hulk Hogan and friends.

He really needed that DX Triple H dood.

the dx triple h character is actually kinda unique, I don't know if this applies to all dx wrestlers, but I activated the dx free subscription and you get him for free, he's super strong, especially if you have just started

you get a lot of shit to upgrade him and you kinda get baited into upgrading him, "he's strong so why not", that's what you think

a few weeks or a month later, the dx subscription expires and you can no longer use him unless you pay to renew the sub

I think you could be missing HOA fees for both properties, it doesn't look like his HOA fees for CT were left unpaid, I can't remember exactly how much it is but he has spoken about it in the past, maybe $3-400

and maybe he was severely behind on his WAkahndo mortgage at that time, and has since caught up, his dumbass being behind on WA mortgage payments could explain the missing $7,000, need to remember it was only 3 months after he decided to stop paying the CT mortgage

even though he shouldn't be claiming them 100% as a business expense, I believe he's stupid enough to tell his tax guy that he "runs his business from home", and the tax guy believes it's more than just one small bedroom/office

now about WWE champions in July 2019, he wasn't in the Uselessness guild at that time so there's no discord flexing, he joined August 2019, which is suspicious timing, cause to get into that guild, you need to be fully whaled

events in July 2019, 7 events with 15+ unique NEW wrestlers

I thought about the mortgage, but even the HOA fees could only be partially claimed based on square footage percentage. The CT condo would be completely irrelevant to his business. He also listed every single credit card as consumer debt, so that's not a business expense either. Even if he did, he doesn't get to claim the full amount, only what was actually spent on business stuff, like games.

That said, I'm sure he's claiming way more than he can. I just hope Nancy at least forces him to itemize some of it. That would be hysterical.

time to start thinking outside of the box, i'm gonna go out on a limb and say the $7,000 was the cost to replace the engine in his corolla after he didn't change the oil for 3 years, that's why it was fuck all miles on it

Basically if he isn’t wasting about $4k a month on sweaty pixels.. where the fuck is that money going? Offshore account? Withdrawn in cash under the bed?

Well, one thing that's not listed on his Schedule J is his income taxes. He does have the $500 back taxes payment, but what about his regular income taxes for this year? I'm guessing he's stuffed his estimated taxes into the business expenses on the means test. That's definitely wrong, as he is supposed to use gross income before taxes. If you add that in (which might be $1500/mo), plus his double-dipping on personal expenses that he writes off, plus gacha, it might get you closer to the $5000/mo.

Scopely = drug dealer

Give them that free taste and hopefully they get hooked.

I might be late here, and feel free to rate me as late, but I haven't seen anyone talk about RekietaLaw's reaction to the phone call, which I'm watching right now, and his reactions are hilarious.

Seeing how most people here are just speculating, I think a professional opinion is pretty useful in this case. Also very entertaining. Enjoy.

I always like when normies/DSP newbies get their first real taste of Phil. That Rekieta show was magical, because both Nick and Nancy were being fully exposed to the autism vortex for the first time. I always take for granted just how fucking weird Phil is - the way he speaks is utterly unique in how retarded it is. Like last week he was talking about Kat making a stew or some shit and he said she made a "custom broth". And I was just like, eh, it's Phil. Imagine what Nancy thinks - presumably a well-read and intelligent person - when she asks Phil simple questions and he's sperging about "online currency systems" and "online content creation and on-demand video services" or whatever. Nick picked up on it right away and it was amazing.

There should be a GoFundMe to pay DSP to do the Rekieta show. How could he say no if it got up to a few grand?

That would have meant countless begathons and rants about how Toyotas are unreliable pieces of shit

There is zero chance of DSP going on another streamer's show who will not toe Dave's party line. Only reason he did the quartering interview is cause he knew it was going to be a complete non-interview.

It isn’t a lawyer’s fault if their client decided to lie to them prior to court. We all know there’s a greater-than-zero chance Phil dragged his feet on the paperwork, and may even have avoided sending a copy to the lawyer and just sent it to the trustee directly.

His lawyer in this instance is clearly most accustomed to straightforward cases with honest clients who just need representation because the system requires it, and would be like everyone else on that 341 call other than Yacht Man. Someone like Phil, who is a bumbling moron attempting to pull a fast one, would be tough for most lawyers to deal with under the circumstances. I wouldn’t be surprised, should this not end in his claim being rejected outright, if his lawyer fires him as a client rather than deal with more of his crap.
