If the trustee gets a whiff of bullshit, 5 years would not be shocking for her to demand, but since the question at issue right now is whether Phil meets the requirements for Chapter 7, Chapter 13 or just a dick up his ass. 6 months is good enough in this case since, as the call revealed, her spidey sense was tingling immediately when she saw his sad excuse for documentation. The IRS would be a different issue though, and that’s where we’d really get into flavour country.

The whole process is going to be a slow burn but it should give us plenty of good content. Next up is the April 10th heading to get the stay removed so the foreclosure can continue. If the stay is lifted, things will start getting interesting sooner rather than later.

She asked that the same time she asked about wwe network. Citiguy told her about phils gacha gambling but between his horrible explanation and her boomer brain, they fucked up the questions.... nancy probably got confused because citiguy is ranting about wwe gacha game and she sees wwe network on the filing and confuses them.

phil got lucky AGAIN, his expenses were both $5k so he got lucky there too. plus he got lucky he didnt have to show up in person so his lawyer could stick her hand in front of his mouth when he said something dumb (like the middle of 2019 he knew he was going to file, why this wasnt pushed on more idk). she did a terrible job of using the opportunity, she let him say a lot of dumb stuff.

I may be completely wrong because I don't play on console at all, but if Phil was compelled to sell his accounts (and let's assume they wouldn't get banned by Sony and Microsoft), would the buyer then have access to all the games he's purchased? Yeah it could be my WWE idea is a bit too wild but as you say, she could be asking about ownership because citiguy told her he guys all the games digitally and his game accounts and worth tens of thousands. plus it also can prove how much he spends on games by the number of games in there.

I think the key is she asked how ownership of them works. most assumed she was asking about those services to get an idea of his expenses, but she doesnt need to ask about ownership for expenses (well if she is trying to determine personal or business she might)

he has never been audited by the irs that we know of. he was caught by washington state division of taxation, a completely different animal with much less powers and investigation budget.

nancy is going to tip off the irs when this is over one way or another. even if she just lets him discharge all his debt and keep all his stuff, i wont be too upset because i know she leaving the real fucking for the feds.

he must know that the name he gave is going to show up on the real recording. but the fact he muted it makes me wonder if its his real name. what happened to LSB or his guy who was supposed to be recording the call? why did that recording never come out? we only have cititroll's version.
