This is a wild ass idea, but perhaps she's asking about his PSN and XBox accounts to determine whether they could auctioned off. I may be completely wrong because I don't play on console at all, but if Phil was compelled to sell his accounts (and let's assume they wouldn't get banned by Sony and Microsoft), would the buyer then have access to all the games he's purchased? If so, his PSN and XBox accounts would legitimately be worth thousands of dollars.
