Homeschooling is a valid alternative, but only if the parents or hired tutors are well-equipped to teach their children, usually by having at least a Bachelor's in an important field for education (Math, Sciences, Teaching, English, History). Not a fucking Parks and Recs degree. And yes, the way you use tax dollars is leeching because you don't need to rely on tax dollars when you can go out and find a real job to provide for your family.
