From what we've seen he doesn't like paying things off even when he has money. Also apparently he needs money for taxes.

The man still isn't even saving a percentage of his income for Federal taxes. At 37!

How pissed off do you have to make Uncle Sam before you decide that maybe you should stop fucking with him?

I just realised even if Phil sold the house he still could not cover the CT debts and his CC, he is going to get denied bankruptcy and he should start prepping for that and once that happens, everyone is coming after him. In all honesty the second he realised he is getting 2004ed, he should get a lawyer.

He needs to realise they are 2004ing him because they suspect he is wrongfully filing his assets and taxes. You could tell in when you listen to Nancy, she is dubious as f over his business filings.

Also if you cannot find a listing for Burnell Productions in Washington, so he doesn't even have a fucking active company.

@Salubrious well he pissed off the wrong person because Nancy is looking in at this shit, I think from what I understand in reading that she gets some form of cut given if its found to be fraud.

We're talking about an idiot who has lived off incredible luck and an absurd income of money and blown it all away on impulse shit because not ONCE has he ever actually had to be held accountable. Every bad financial decision he gets bailed out by his paypigs, he somehow hasn't had any major medical problems like needing surgery or even dental as far as I can tell, he's never really had to "grow up" as it were.

This is his rude awakening, because even fucking Coronavirus isn't going to save his ass.

He registered as a business, but didn’t set up proper accounting or asset separation from his personal life. A mistake that will totally fuck him over now!

Also, remember that even though he has an "11 year legacy", he only registered his business in November 2017.

In fact, he only registered a business at all once the IRS told him that WA had business taxes.

Under the WWE Champions thread, @BT9494 stated the charges show up as "Scopely" on the statements.

And the fact that Nancy didn’t ask about any Scopely charges from his PayPal account either confirms that he waits until the money is transferred on his personal debit card or he uses his second PayPal account reserved for his Twitch and YT disbursements.

I don’t believe that a gacha gambling addict would refrain himself from not purchasing any MTx for a one month period to specifically prevent any scrutiny during his bankruptcy hearing.

Sadly, I don’t think we’ll ever be able to verify that Dark is the user behind the “TheyCallMeDSP” account we suspect is his.

I wonder if nancy even knows he's got two paypal accounts cause he can easily just provide statements for the one that hides money.

Apologies if someone already pointed this out up above and I'm not a lawyer so whoops if I'm wrong, but the absurd amount of money Phil is claiming in business expenses isn't on the Bankruptcy Petition like they were talking about in this meeting, but on his Monthly Income and Expenses Statement (the Official Form 122A-1 under Part 1, #5). Unless I'm misunderstanding what it means, he's saying $5,243.84 is the "ordinary and necessary operating expenses" per month.

He weaseled out of it this time, but it'd still be pretty funny to see him to trying to justify that.

Probably Scopely Inc

this is what iOs appstore charges look like

I wanna say if there were hundreds/thousands worth of these on his paypal or bank statement, she would've asked

No you're exactly correct, and the moron who asked questions never referenced it, instead he kept stupidly referencing the petition. I wanted to pull my hair out while I was listening to it. Whoever that guy was he fucked up just like people told him he would.

Phil just treats taxes as another bill, any money he has at the moment is his to spend and future Phil can worry about the consequences.
