Season 3 of weeb wars is almost ending and now we are entering season 4 in 3 more pages hitting the 4000 page. it was kinda a chill season with the biggest arc being the Appeals and Corona chan with some fun side fillers of spirit junior and zero being doxxed for being spregs thinking we had a peace treaty, the downfall of ape and now we are ending it with normies realizing that tug is a dramawhoring cuck besting matt jarbo of all people.

I seriously, doubt that because Vic just wants his reputation to be protected and do work.

However I am sure that if Discovery does happen it's gonna lead to FUNI bleeding out.

In hindsight, maybe a round 2 isn't needed because if FUNI gets exposed they are gonna be so fucked and Sabrat himself is part of that inner circle. Iago knows that he wouldn't survive an indirect hit if the damage is big enough.

Most likely not. If they had this much of a problem suing those with actual evidence of TI and Defamation, there's no way they can stretch the lawsuit even longer. The best they could do is a cease and desist order, but if discovery reveals they were in the conspiracy they could sue. But i think vic and ty knows it'll be a waste of money to continue if they do round two Just so they can tcpa and play jurisdiction hell to halt the lawsuit, especially if chupp would be the judge.

I think it's too late for Round 2, unless there's a way to argue a special case or the clock actually starts from when the Act is learned about and not when the act occurs. I don't think it does. I think the best we can hope for is to learn what might have been.

Yep, but it would have to be something pretty egregious, like an email of one of the defendants asking ANN to write a smear article on Vic or something along those lines. Marzgurl is probably a no go because she is broke and irrelevant, even if they found an email exchange with her and someone else conspiring to defame Vic, or something along those lines, it would depend if the other person has any relevance for it to even be worth pursuing.

The court can't force her to apologize. That's compelled speech, which flies in the face of the first amendment.

That said, hypothetically, Vic can say "apologize or i'll bury you in litigation so heavy your grandkids will feel the lien" and that would be great.
