He's been banned from 2 homeless shelters. House of Charity and the 2nd one the name I can't recall. I do know the 2nd one he got banned because he creeped on and became aggressive with a woman hair dresser. A man came to her aid and Lucas got banned. Of course his "version" the guy was a Republican. House of Charity, haven't seen the reason for his banning, but if they at the time allowed girls under 18 to volunteer that's what likely got him banned. Considering House of Charity will let anyone in even if the they are high as a kite, fallen down drunk, etc, HOC doesn't come across as wanting the police showing up often at their door because of the behavior of the "residents". Lucas groping a 16 yr old, they'd sweep it under the rug and just ban him. Unless there are more shelters he's been banned from. Frankly the time he got kicked in the mouth, I've always believed it was because he was caught wanting to grope the girl.

post more if he says anything else. I’ve lurked Facebook groups that are based around Spokane to see if our boy ever comes up in discussions. Young kids post about him quite often as he’s a living meme to younger adults. I found a pretty big Lucas thread in a Spokane group that puts local tweakers on blast (hilarious group in its own right, and it’s all public) a while back but I guess they deleted it because the admins hated the guy and didn’t want to attract him or his followers.

While it wouldn't surprise me if he was willing to do such things and it would explain why he got kicked out of the shelter the first time, I don't believe that happened. There is no way he could have groped a 16 year old in a place like that, after having a history of talking about wanting to 'impregnate' kids as young as 14 and this situation not ended with the police getting involved. He'd have been arrested for it. None of these places, let alone the cops screw around where kids are involved. To say nothing of the fact I find it hard to believe that a guy could be going around the shelter talking about how he wants to fuck 14 year olds and nobody thought it concerning enough call the cops on an admitted child predator. After all, can you imagine the shitstorm that would be leveled on the place if they didn't report it and lucas went out and raped some 14 year old kid and the parents found out the word about his behavior was well known around the shelter prior? That wouldn't end well for the shelter or probably for the city of spokane in general. Somebody would be getting investigated over their shelter policies after something like that at a bare minimum

They might even get sued for failing to provide a safe working environment by not reporting an attempted sexual assault to the police

I used to work with the homeless and various Christian charities, its not hypocritical for a homeless atheist to stay at a Christian shelter because the point of charity is to help those in need, not advertise or promote a religion or service. Nobody should be expected to change their own beliefs to accept charitable help, and any organization that expects people to is exploiting people in need for their own benefit. The public would be in an uproar if a Muslim organization opened a homeless shelter that expected people to agree not to criticize Islam in order to utilize their services.

With that said, I hope he's at the very least appreciative of the help he receives and doesn't cause trouble for the people helping him. He's hopefully not airing his grievances about Christianity to the Christians offering to help him, a friendly and civil conversation wouldn't be bad, but we know Lucas isn't capable of that.
