I love it when people who claim to be free speech advocates and fighters for justice and all that other retarded bullshit always act like they have something to hide and then wonder why people dig into their shady fucking behavior and find...oh I don't know, stuff that makes them look like a gay-opping faggots behind the scenes. If you have nothing to hide, you let people scream into the wind, the truth comes out eventually. Nick, for all the times people have made videos on him and disapproving his words has never bothered trying to silence the people who criticize him. Why? Because he has absolutely nothing to hide and his behavior speaks for itself and their criticism is still their basic right. He is a true free speech advocate.

He very clearly cares about his VA career and his relationship with colleges. So he's taking whatever position he thinks supports that best. I suspect when Vic wins, there'll be some degree of backpedalling.

Sorta glad Matt Lewis is finally breaking so it's not just a cycle of tired "insane obese catfishing wife", mailbox gay-ops, and unironically believing Renfamous is a lesser evil. The entire concept of the story is ridiculous, and if he didn't just make it up himself he should really think about what he's saying. Vic is supposedly not breaking into the booth and being inappropriately sexual, he's not leaving sexual recordings on purpose to make people uncomfortable (like Tatum, wasn't it?) or even just farting in the sound booth horribly before someone comes in (like Sean). He...breaks into recording booths to...hug people? People who don't want to be hugged? Presumably they told him so, but the fiend kept going in to hug them against their will??
And then, people obviously being uncomfortable and not wanting to hug him wasn't enough, but a rule about no hugging in booths was enough to stop him? (when he could have hugged outside it) No VA has a single story about this supposed interaction, despite being so upset about it that they got a company wide rule change just to stop him (instead of having his boss tell him to cut it out)?
Just on its face, the entire story makes no sense whatsoever. That's without stacking on 'an anonymous friend told me they were told'.

If there actually was a policy about keeping Vic out of the recording areas unless he's actively working -- which is a rumor we've heard two different ways now, both from this kid's "friend telling him" and the "vic locks" bullshit -- then they would have SOME KIND OF EVIDENCE OF THIS. An email. A posting. A DM on Slack. Something. They have nothing, because all this is, is stupid fucking Tumblr rumor mongering shit being filtered through the telephone.

Basically, they were intentionally farming drama so they'd have something to stream about and farm superchats over, and would swarm the various GG reddits when the drama channels were targeting someone (like IMC or MundaneMatt) demanding we pay attention to whatever fake controversy bullshit they had made up or better yet, show up with superchats in hand to their fucking endless livestreams talking about it.
Did TUG flag videos down? Maybe, but I doubt it. Why? Because if I wanted the drama to spin up, if I was a Renfamous dedicating to causing infighting or a chaos seeker who just wanted to see everything burn or some faggot with a drama channel desperate to cause fighting so he could cover it so the paypigs will donate, what have you, the first fucking thing I'd do is flag down every single one of those videos myself, even my own. Then I'd make goddamned sure that everyone and their mother heard that "TUG flagged the videos" to spin up the drama.
It's the same stunt they pulled with Mundane Matt. Yeah, he flagged some people, after 11 months of them harassing him because he was such a lolcow that they needed to harass him for a year to get him to produce milk. Then he did the smartest thing I've ever seen someone do and REFUSED TO DO A VIDEO, cockblocking Ralph and Andy and the rest of them. They were SEETHING over it in his comments for months over that.

What superchat revenue is DA making off of this exactly? He's only done a single stream and he did it at the behest of people who watched and enjoyed his first two videos. That's not farming drama, that's giving your budding fanbase what they're asking for. His channel doesn't even meet the requirement to even enable superchats yet. If you're going to bitch about people bringing up old shit to "start drama" bitch at people here who go back through 5+ year old con videos looking for something to use against Jamie & Monica.

The video was taken down via a privacy strike not a copyright strike. Youtube has to verify the identity of the person making the strike to ensure they're the person mentioned in the offending content. So given that information, if it wasn't TUG that reported the video then it was most likely Ashley which is ironic since she has no issues using people's dead relatives as her Twitter names.
