Hes exactly what both of those companies, a guy pushing 50 without a bachelor's or master's, literally no real experience in either field save for being a desk monkey and a spotty as hell work history.
Both of those companies still need people to unclog a toilet and mop the floors. He'd get a job as a cleaner and call himself a hygiene and sanitary technician.

maybe they'll send him to training for continuous sanitary improvement, maybe he'll even get a certificate he can hang up on his wall!

on a side note I do remember on one of tevin's back in time streams, right after phil was fired, he did a vlog where he showed off the box of his personal belongings from work. he was talking about how he isn't gonna unpack it because he was sure they were going to hire him back or something? I wonder where that box is now...

Hire him back?

But Phil said he was let go because the factory went out of business...

I'm trying to imagine that conversation.

'Now Mr. Burnelli, I'm seeing some gaps in your employment...could you explain?'

'I worked as a Process Engineer making everything flow smoother at my Dad's company. He helped me get hired. Then uh, I quit, because they wouldn't let me use the boss's private washroom. Then between 2009 and 2017, Obama was in the White House, so I was on the welfare, ya know. Then in 2017 I started a business and was CEO, CFO, President and Vice President of a sole proprietorship, Burnell Productions. I delivered high-quality, unedited, on demand video entertainment on twitch.tv and uh, jewtube, which I'm sure you've heard of. Then I went bankrupt in under 3 years and I got Susaned on jewtube but twitch let me stay anyways, though they garnished my wages heavily to get through Chapter 13. Then in 2024 the Democrats got back in power, so, you know, the welfare. And that's pretty much it.'

I already posted in the WWE Champions thread that Phil has a Discord account registered to burnellpp@yahoo.com, that e-mail is also tied to a Paypal account (that is linked to the same phone-number as his other Paypal accounts). It doesn't necessarily mean that it's used for anything, probably just a "legacy account", but it won't stop me from speculating.

Buy prepaid credit cards / gift cards with the Paypal he uses for tips, then transfer the balance to burnellpp@yahoo.com?

Starts at 19:20 phil descibes how he solved bottlenecks and saved his company 100s of thousands lol

This is actually what his dad does. If you go to his dad's LinkedIn account, he has PowerPoints on there for those very things.

Could our resident gurus comment on something? Given that Phil seems to be spending large amounts of money still on WWE Champions and that multiple people on Twitter are readily admitting to sending things to the trustee, would his current spending have any influence on her attitude/report? I mean, he's basically saying "I swear I can't pay my debts" while also dumping $1000 in a day into a mobile game. I know it doesn't influence what debts are covered under the bankruptcy, but it seems like this would be another enormous red flag screaming "DOUBT" about his alleged expenses.

What is the usual course of action if somebody declares bankruptcy while having a chronic gambling problem? Can the court or trustee require counseling or something as a condition of the Chapter 7?

Whether that would apply to Phil or not would depend on whether they view it as some kind of gambling addiction or whether he's just fraudulently squandering other people's money. He is certainly acting like a gambling addict but that doesn't mean the judge or trustee will view it as anything other than fraud because it isn't in a casino, he doesn't stand to win anything, and it isn't something that's usually legally been considered gambling.

One of the major issues that comes up is whether gambling debts were incurred in good faith. Malicious bankrupts will sometimes deliberately squander money just to fuck over the creditors and bankruptcy isn't meant to allow that.

today marks the 10 day anniversary of the 341 meeting held on 26th March

barring any delays by coronachad, today is the deadline for the trustee to determine if DSP has filed under chapter 7 illegitimately

Phil's WWE Champions addiction isn't gambling in any way, really. Yes, there's often a lootbox aspect, but he's just spending until he gets what he wants, and most importantly he knows he needs to spend roughly these amounts for what he wants, which has no value. I would definitely say it's more squandering money.

It's possible it's 10 business days, but we can watch for anything added tomorrow.

according to calendarian in chief DSP, today is the first day of the week, there is no excuses

but yeah, I forgot about it most likely being business days, and something will be filed creditors within 7 days of that "judgement", hope we get to see that, whether it's good or bad news
