Just registered to say that you can snitch on naughty websites on Roskomnadzor site, so it's possibly that Farms getting blocked is not an initiative of officials, but rather a joke from someone who recogninzed that image as extremist material and decided to report it for some questionable lulz.
Anyway, it should not be worried much about at least for now, these kinds of blocks are piss easy to circumvent, and majority of savy Russian internet users (excluding boomers who use only two or three websites, for example) use these circumventions 24/7.
Moreover, this site isn't in any block lists as for now, neither unofficial blocklist mirror from Roskomsvoboda activists nor various Telegram bots like @u2ckbot show it, and I opened it just fine on clean mobile broadband connection. Guess RKN gives some time to dispose of forbidden data.

Wait, does this mean @Monika H. is rotting in a gulag right now? He's the one who started that thread, and I thought he was Russian.
Well, I live in a ex-Soviet State but I'm safe, here we hate Commies far more than we hate the Nazis!

How does it deny the Holocaust, though? It just thinks it's funny.
Article 354.1 covers both denial of the Nuremberg findings and approval of the crimes. "It's funny" counts as approval and is worth up to 5 years of prison. If you happened to find it funny on the day of a major battle, they'll throw in Disrespect for the Days of Military Glory (354.1 part 3, up to 1 year of forced labor). Additionally, finding the Holocaust funny is "dishonoring" the Jews on the basis of 5 protected categories in total (race, nationality, attitude to religion, origin, "belonging to any social group") and is worth up to 6 years of prison per Article 282.

(282's been mellowed down recently so that the first offence in a year counts as a civic misdemeanor. Unless you ran a website or community page with edgy jokes, then it's a crime again.)

Seems like you don't know how your fellow countrymen are:
The poll speaks of Russians.
I'm not Russian, my country is not Russia, and my fellow countrymen despise Russians as much as they despise the Germans. So I don't really see your point.
Both Nazi and Commie symbols are illegal here.

Reeks of gayops if you ask me. No signature, official seal, header or any of the other things you'd typically associate with bureaucracy.
Normally I'd agree with you, but I don't think he'd post this unless he was absolutely sure. See this post
To clarify concerns, it is real. I check emails very thoroughly after the fakes and omit any ones I'm even a little skeptical of. This email was sent from an authoritative Russian federal government email server and a Russian federal government IP address. There's no forging that.
Makes sense.

Thank you Dear Leader Nool for giving me the opportunity to practice my Russian legal documents reading without having to leave the comfort of my echo chamber or having to actually expend the effort to find my own primers. Truly our leader is a loving and caring river unto his people.

здра жела нашему вэлийкому вождью господину Наллу, что бы он мог всегда нам прэдстовлять этот бэзобразный cайт!
