Personally, I’m hoping Philip will be left with just enough cash to buy the cheapest television Walmart has to offer, a single computer that will barely allow him to stream, and the Sega Genesis Mini.
He'll just get the whales to donate everything he needs via that handy Amazon wishlist. They already have a very solid track record for giving him exactly what he demands in terms of TVs and console systems.

Just listening over the bankruptcy announcement video and already so I am going to summarise.

1) Your income has always been good - outcome; dismissal. Why because the court its now assets based can subpoena his earnings for years and dispute that you did not make payments because you intended to go into bankruptcy. (I honestly believe this was his motive the whole time. keeping the paypals secret, the items secret everything and he clearly thinks this shit will get wiped.)

2) Its been an argeous process - He let slip that he had talked to Roachelle in October in the 341, also these videos can be used as actual evidence as him making a declaration. I would not be surprised, this happens quite often. - outcome fraud. Remember in the eyes of the court it isn't dismissal at this point because he knowingly liedin the paperwork and under oath.

1:40 Now this is going to FUCK HIM HARDCORE "how did you get into this *snickers* this is hilarious, listen. You had this income from there, How did it get there? (Roachelle) I got this way because of trolls and Youtube, they'd make shit up and all of that... This is a lawyer with no exposure to the whole internet lifestyle and matter of a factually... and she was like is this is what you have to deal with daily. Every fucking day of my life!"
This is me speaking to Phil who does sleuthing on people as a job/income for cases like this (usually divorces, civil) Fucking prove it Phil, I know when you are questioned in a further hearing, this will be your hallmark but you have to prove these people actively went around to actually deteriorate your life. Answer they have not because you are still pocketing 12k a month easily.

Even goes on to say "My wife gets attacked on a daily basis" Fucking SURE JAN

Jesus its so exceptional 3 minutes in its nothing but painting himself as the victim constantly like Anita Sarkession, its pathetic. I rarely hope misfortune on people but Phil is a pathetic piece of shit who paints everyone even lawyers as mentally ill because they call out his behaviours.

It important too that the case is not longer dismissable, he will either get everything taken away from him or get found for fraud.

To another poster before that said about the midfirst foreclosure getting wiped by his filing. It won't most likely as the total is figured out post filing, his filing was in January

But something I just noticed he started asking only for tips in late October, early November I wonder why. apologies for a very long post again but this is incredibly interesting.

So Phil ignored MidFirst Bank, the mail box was just too far away. For this moment I fail to see the advantage in letting their papers through. Until now they couldn't do anything for as long as the bankruptcy process was going. If chapter 7 would be granted his debts to MidFirst would be eliminated, right? A winning situation.

Now, why ignore them? Yes they could sell the condo "for an apple and an egg" , but Phil still has to pay the rest, most likely several thousands of dollars (not a real problem for Phil, but he has to pretend to have no income, right?).

Lazyness?
Problem for Future Phil?
Incompetency?

They have to sell it first. He probably thinks no one will be buying property any time soon.

Yeah it is once sale is made but now they can use Wahkondo as a lien so they get their pound of flesh either way. It was a very calculated move by them and very well executed. I am quite sure because it is a separate issue it means that 125.000 allowance of sale of Wahkondo via chapter 7 is not safe. Which is brilliant because it is a lose/lose.

Also post this Phil federally is not safe either because he will find himself on a watch list for his income (if its anything life HMRC in the UK.)

The problem is for Phil it means for months he has got to watch how he says or acts because people will monitor his activity this includes streams

Really, he had no other option. He wants CONNdo out of his name so he quits racking up fees and taxes. Ideally, he wouldn’t be $40-50k underwater and staring down the barrel of a deficiency judgment though.

Phil is a total dumbass and has been from the second he bought this condo, but honestly, he has no case and fighting this would have done nothing but cost him attorneys fees if I understand everything correctly.

He just stopped paying the mortgage because he wanted to. He has no legitimate reason to fight them with lol.

So basically the usual bored ragequit. He gives up, puts the controller down and yells "You win, oh you're soooooo good, really fair, law abusing piece of shit, you earned not a single hit, I'm done" and applauds himself.

4) its clear he doesnt want to lose that "business equipment" as he says its at zero risk, he is going to sperg if they take it, it will be fun, he seems so sure he wont lose it and he is too dumb to realize he can make the money to replace it with brand new shit in a single IRL crying scream.

He's been complaining about his broken keyboard for seemingly YEARS now. At no point has he taken $30-$50, even out of annoyance, and bought a new one.

He is streaming with a laptop that is SEVEN years old. He bought a USED laptop when he moved to Washington.

It's unfathomable how little DSP actually spends on "business expenses". Aside from games, he hasn't spent any money in YEARS.

He's such a moron. Keyboards are super cheap and last for years (and no, you don't need a fancy mechanical one).

I almost wish that some autist would just mail him a new fucking keyboard after he complains too much, but knowing DSP he would never actually use it because he's afraid some detractor installed keylogger software on it, and then rant on his prestream about how people are stalking him.

He bought it to run away from Connecticut like a pussy. Not because he cared about the value. Fuck, if he cared about the value he would have sold it a year or so ago, paid off most of his debts and moved to a fly over state abode with good internet.

Not to mention that corona has effectively doomed the housing market, especially in Seattle (I predict it would have happened within the year anyways as the bubble burst, but whatever).
Whether or not he "cared about the value" (we know Phil has no financial acumen) the WA condo has skyrocketed in value since Phil bought it. It's his only positive investment ever, and even though he desperately wants to keep it, if it gets sold off it will get him out of his debts. Sure he could have sold it already and solved this without the lawyers, finance charges, penalties, etc....but it's Phil.

I remember a long time ago when he answered the question of why he wouldn't sell the condo, he said "why would i sell it when its increasing in value IDIOT?".

Which is monumentally stupid because that implies he would only sell it when it loses value.

Can someone confirm he said this, or is it just the pignosis getting to me?

Question for the law folk, where in Phils filing does he explain what his monthly payments are on all his debt? I had floated before the idea that his business expenses are just a sum of all his unsecured debt payments and I think people said that was unlikely but if that is the case, where are they? $10k income, $5k personal expeses, $5k business expsenses, -$35 total. So where are they? he likely has $5k a month in debt payments and i didnt see them listed anywhere, they must be in that business expese figure, right?

Reactions: Sir Wesley Tailpipe
can we assume DSP didn't respond to midfirst because of:

lawyer said it won't matter, it will just cost thousands and they will win anyway

lawyer said his house won't be touched and convinced him it was only to foreclose on CT condo

DSP hasn't checked his mail

DSP's birthday was more important
Apparently Phil's mailbox has been stuffed with business catalogs and other junk mail for years that somebody signed him up for.
He's complained that if he doesn't empty it out every day that it overflows
