I just had a little idea, and none of the Chinese Flu threads seemed any better than the TDS thread to post it. I'm not much of a tinfol hat type, since most people are so supremely stupid and incompetent, but...

Ok. The trade deal with China and the USMCA. About mid-January, China signs on to that deal. February 4th ish Pelosi out of the blue suddenly decides to play ball on the USMCA.

IT seemed kind of odd to me at the time. 10 months before the election, just when some measurable results may come in about the positive effects of the USMCA, Pelosi stops dragging her feet as she had been doing for what, a year? and suddenly it goes through rapidly. In a strong economy, something that would likely make it notably stronger, and would kill the Democrats in November, and she just does it, right in the middle of the attempted character assassination that was the impeachment nonsense. People saying she did it to appear non-partisan didn't ring very true to me then, especially considering the autism of the Democrats and their media handlers in accusing everyone outside of the party essentially being a traitor and a slave to Trump, Putin's proxy or whatever. Followed by the SoTU where she sure as shit didn't try to appear non-partisan.

By the time the China Deal was signed, the Chinese government were likely aware for at least two months about the Corona Virus. As soon as the deal was signed, you would inevitably get a lot more corporate international travel to start reinvigorating production and markets.

Then Trump calls for the Chinese travel ban in response to the virus, all in the middle of an embarassingly flimsy impeachment attempt, one guaranteed to both occupy his time, but one doomed to failure. Then anything he was doing to mitigate the effects of the virus decried as racist and actions to accelerate the virus's effect promoted by the Democrats and the media.

Did Pelosi, Schiff, et al. have the intelligence of the seriousness of the virus? If not from American sources, then from Chinese ones? Did she call for the passing of the USMCA because her intelligence told her that its benefits would be at least counteracted by the virus, at least as long as she and her proxies kept doing things to make sure it took hold in the population?

Probably not. Probably they are as big of fuckups as they appear, but the sudden passing of both agreements after ages of resistance and foot-dragging certainly looks suspicious considering what has befallen regarding the virus.

I don't normally watch Trump's press briefings or any American network news but I was stuck watching CNN on Sunday and holy fuck, I now see why Trump hates those reporters so goddamned much, that last guy who falsely asserted Trump was "pushing" the Z-pack and acting like benign drugs on the market for 50+ years are some kind of nuclear test-tube anthrax bomb, I honest to god wanted to roundhouse kick the cocks out of his fucking mouth. These "experts" have never heard of off-label prescribing? And apparently the FDA already approved it for emergency use anyway? I've never seen people act so deliberately obtuse, I really thought the way people shit on CNN was exaggerated. (The only valid point made was that inappropriate/premature hoarding of the drugs might cause supply issues for people who are already in need of them for their own reasons.) I mean yeah people are dying but it's UNPROVEN and has MUCH SEVERE SIDE EFFECTS so suggesting we try such a thing is VERY BAD ORANGE MAN. I guess they fixated on that because Trump's doing everything else right as far as I can see, I noticed they didn't even try to defend Governor Pritzker (sp?) so I can only assume he's shitting things up magnificently.
