Personally, I’m hoping Philip will be left with just enough cash to buy the cheapest television Walmart has to offer, a single computer that will barely allow him to stream, and the Sega Genesis Mini.

He'll just get the whales to donate everything he needs via that handy Amazon wishlist. They already have a very solid track record for giving him exactly what he demands in terms of TVs and console systems.Personally, I’m hoping Philip will be left with just enough cash to buy the cheapest television Walmart has to offer, a single computer that will barely allow him to stream, and the Sega Genesis Mini.
Don't forget a webcam for him to point at the TV.Personally, I’m hoping Philip will be left with just enough cash to buy the cheapest television Walmart has to offer, a single computer that will barely allow him to stream, and the Sega Genesis Mini.
So basically, right back to where he started 10 years ago.Don't forget a webcam for him to point at the TV.
They have to sell it first. He probably thinks no one will be buying property any time soon. Now, why ignore them? Yes they could sell the condo "for an apple and an egg" , but Phil still has to pay the rest, most likely several thousands of dollars (not a real problem for Phil, but he has to pretend to have no income, right?).
Really, he had no other option. He wants CONNdo out of his name so he quits racking up fees and taxes. Ideally, he wouldn’t be $40-50k underwater and staring down the barrel of a deficiency judgment though. So Phil ignored MidFirst Bank, the mail box was just too far away. For this moment I fail to see the advantage in letting their papers through. Until now they couldn't do anything for as long as the bankruptcy process was going. If chapter 7 would be granted his debts to MidFirst would be eliminated, right? A winning situation.

Lazyness?
Problem for Future Phil?
Incompetency?
Phil is a total dumbass and has been from the second he bought this condo, but honestly, he has no case and fighting this would have done nothing but cost him attorneys fees if I understand everything correctly. So Phil ignored MidFirst Bank, the mail box was just too far away. So basically the usual bored ragequit. He gives up, puts the controller down and yells "You win, oh you're soooooo good, really fair, law abusing piece of shit, you earned not a single hit, I'm done" and applauds himself.Phil is a total dumbass and has been from the second he bought this condo, but honestly, he has no case and fighting this would have done nothing but cost him attorneys fees if I understand everything correctly.
He just stopped paying the mortgage because he wanted to. He has no legitimate reason to fight them with lol.
4) its clear he doesnt want to lose that "business equipment" as he says its at zero risk, he is going to sperg if they take it, it will be fun, he seems so sure he wont lose it and he is too dumb to realize he can make the money to replace it with brand new shit in a single IRL crying scream.
He's such a moron. Keyboards are super cheap and last for years (and no, you don't need a fancy mechanical one). He's been complaining about his broken keyboard for seemingly YEARS now.

Whether or not he "cared about the value" (we know Phil has no financial acumen) the WA condo has skyrocketed in value since Phil bought it. It's his only positive investment ever, and even though he desperately wants to keep it, if it gets sold off it will get him out of his debts. Sure he could have sold it already and solved this without the lawyers, finance charges, penalties, etc....but it's Phil.He bought it to run away from Connecticut like a pussy. Not because he cared about the value. Fuck, if he cared about the value he would have sold it a year or so ago, paid off most of his debts and moved to a fly over state abode with good internet.
Not to mention that corona has effectively doomed the housing market, especially in Seattle (I predict it would have happened within the year anyways as the bubble burst, but whatever).
I remember a long time ago when he answered the question of why he wouldn't sell the condo, he said "why would i sell it when its increasing in value IDIOT?".Whether or not he "cared about the value" (we know Phil has no financial acumen) the WA condo has skyrocketed in value since Phil bought it. Apparently Phil's mailbox has been stuffed with business catalogs and other junk mail for years that somebody signed him up for.can we assume DSP didn't respond to midfirst because of:
lawyer said it won't matter, it will just cost thousands and they will win anyway
lawyer said his house won't be touched and convinced him it was only to foreclose on CT condo
DSP hasn't checked his mail
DSP's birthday was more important
