Katherine was an instigating cunt in her first stream with Phil egging the trolls on. People forget that because videos after only show her bitch faces like she's being held captive under Phil. She got the reaction she wanted, but then of course some must defend the damsel in distress.

She's probably similar to Leanna. A gold digging, celebrity chasing selfish cunt that expected an easy life gallivanting around with her rich friends in the big city, mooching off the Youtube star. The only difference is Katherine really can't handle the heat unlike Leanna because she has severe mental illness.

I don't hate Katherine or care about her at all. I only find talk of her annoying because she's non-existent. Phil mentions her every fucking day while she hasn't been a part of his stream whatsoever for 18 months.

She's been apart of his stream in the sense that he uses her as a daily excuse to deny paypigs and brokepigs alike the entertainment they request from their favorite streamer. When we talk about Kat we are not discussing a human being anymore, Kat is the name of one of his manipulation tactics, one that is widely reviled by everyone who involves himself with this guy, because of how lazy and unconvincing it is.

I can't imagine Kat's finances or situation was any better considering she ever considered moving in with Phil. I think it's similar to a Mundanematt situation where this is an older woman pushing 40 realizing she has to grab someone and hold on for dear life. And of course, it's always how people spin things. I''m gonna bet DSP was bragging about his views, his channel, "10 YEARS ON STREAMING ONE OF THE FIRST" (as if playing videogames on a tv is any accomplishment), and the money he makes or used to make, and the debt was probably underplayed and snuck in when she realized it was too late to go back (we don't know what her housing situation was before Phil, but I assume it wasn't as good).

This was even before Phil turned into a lazier, shittier streamer with lesser income, so she was willing to leave a relatively cushy life then and strike out on her own.

Kat, on the other hand, pretty much chose to hitch her wagon to Phil at a more advanced age than Leanna was when she did that back then. Kat doesn't have the "too young to know better" excuse in trying to explain why she went for Phil. It would be sort of a bonus LOL if in her quest for digging gold, she ends up with an ultimately worse quality of life with Phil after all these proceedings than she had with Subaru guy - and she has no one to blame but herself. Like some have mentioned earlier, she's less and less in a position to be able to jump to another guy at this point.

I do give Leanna some leeway because she was clearly a socially confused girl in her early blogs, and filled with excitement about Phil. She apparently didn't get much attention in high school and then there's this huge Youtuber courting hard for her. I get it. She's still a terrible person though, even today.

There's no way that Katherine doesn't have regrets already. She has to be checking in on Subaruman's Facebook, and seeing that he now has a steady decent job and a girl that's prettier than her. Unless Subaruman's life totally falls apart, he's soon going to be in a far better position than Phil. Not to mention he's a handsome guy that looks to be in good shape and does lots of outdoor activities, while Phil... She deserves every second of it.

Did Phil tell us about him breaking up with Leanna right away? I wasn't following the pig back then, but I think I remember vaguely that it took him a good while to decide to tell his fans wtf happened

And this is just my 2 cents now: I doubt Kat is going to divorce him anytime soon simply because she has nowhere else to go. From what I heard, Kat doesn't have a good relation with her parents. She'd have to talk with someone behind Phil's back like he did with Subaruman first

If this bankruptcy goes south (and it very much looks like it does) I fully expect the divorce to follow soon after. Stronger marriages have fallen apart over financial hardships and losing your home.

I think Phil overhyping/lying about Khet has added to the hate. A good chunk of the reasons people listed are things Khet might not have ever actually said/done and were just things Phil made up on her behalf. I'd even argue some of the Subaru Man stuff is suspect because he's certainly not going to want to say anything good about her after she cheated on him with DSP of all people.

While we don't know a whole lot about Khet, I do think there's enough to suggest she's at best, pretty unpleasant to be around. Could explain why even Phil doesn't want to spend too much time around her. I think we can confidently confirm her being a cheater, so that alone puts her in a not so great light. And while it isn't technically confirmed, it seems highly probable she's just with Phil because she wants free room/board, which also makes her look bad. Her limited appearances didn't exactly make her seem great, and while I'm sure a significant part of that was her not wanting to be there/Phil's chat, I seem to recall her parroting some of his basic views on detractors. But that might have been another case of Phil putting words in her mouth.

Khet is basically the equivalent of a real life silent protagonist. We only really know things about her based on the way people react/speak for her, but since all she has is Phil to represent her, he naturally makes her come off pretty bad. I personally think she's too boring to outright hate, but I certainly don't think there's anything likeable about her.

I think Philip has the right of it, they are soulmates. Neither seem to care about anyone else except themselves. They’ve both traded in their dignity long ago. Neither has demonstrated any sense of work ethic. They both seem content with wasting their lives doing nothing but playing video games. What I wonder about Kat is the whole streaming thing. Up until she moved in with DSP, she had no trouble streaming on her own. She would play the game, and from what I watched of her clips, she would talk to her chat like a normal human being. DSP comes into the picture and bam, she's camera shy. She needs a stress ball to be on stream. She doesn't want to play a game that she normally plays offscreen, with her husband. What happened? I know trolls aren't exactly the nicest people in chat, so that would put her off, but come on now. She did an absolute 180 as soon as she streamed for the first time from DSP's couch.

I think Katherine gets too much credit or blame for Phil hiding everything. He was already starting that paranoia with Leanna. The hospital saga is probably the incident that caused Phil to shelter himself the most.
