My guess, overwhelming majority the middle option. Most of them are probably the sorts that never vote anyway despite their supposed passion, even Bernie getting the nomination wouldn't really have changed that in all likelihood... they don't necessarily want to vote for him, they just like having the option, it validates them that their preferred candidate is chosen. Bernie getting cucked by the DNC and happily settling down with smart phone set to record in hand is in truth less of a political loss in their hearts and more of a repetition of the rejection they've been subjected to all their lives, a reaffirmation that they are Not Valid. That's where the anger comes from, that they've been dismissed as irrelevant yet again (primarily because they are).
Bernie supporters don't have the spoons to roll out of bed before 2pm to make it to the voting station.
