Listen, alright! I know the white hawt detractor meme is that MidFirst is wrecking my shit by lifting the bankruptcy stay! Wrong! Debunked! I want them to take the Conndo off my hands. That money I’m saving on property tax and HOA fees is going straight to bills. They even said that they’re fans and like my kahntent and that they won’t pursue the deficiency. Fuckin’ morons! ACK ACK ACK

So the judge signed the document? does this mean Midfirst can go after the Wakando?
No, but they can contact him again under the pretense of renegotiating the mortgage agreement. Considering this is a bank that buys bad debt they most likely will use that as an excuse to harass him for a while until the bankruptcy is concluded, whatever the outcome may be.

edit: apparently he had to start late today because he was on the phone. That was probably either Midfirst or Phil calling Rochelle because he got scared after receiving phonecalls from Midfirst.
CTKhando. They can put a lien on the WAKhando
This is the last time I'm going to say this. They can not put a lien on the WAKhando unless A. Phil's case is dismissed with prejudice and B. they actually finished the foreclosure proceedings AND have a deficiency judgement. It even says in the order for relief from stay that, in the event that Midfirst could somehow bully Phil into actually agreeing to keep the mortgage, such an agreement would be non-recourse i.e. Phil could not be held personally liable. I know it's fun to think Phil is getting fucked now but that's going to be entirely up to the trustee. If she grants his Chapter 7 wish then MidFirst is going to be another detractor that is outlasted by Phil's pigroach luck.

According to google a house lien stays even after bankrupcty. So phil will have to pay Nancy and Midfirst plus what he owes the IRS???

edit: (if a lien is placed on Wakanda)

So yes Nancy has to report suspect suspicious activities, as she is a servant of the court and her not reporting is a fed offence.

yes they can use WAkondo as a lien. Nancy’s report should be up on the 9th from what I understand through glancing, if it’s dismissed they can dismiss via suspicion of fraud, which is cute. Either way it’s getting spicy

I really would be shocked if Phil gets away without the Bankruptcy being dismissed with prejudice. There’s enough indication of malfeasance to disqualify it as a good faith claim.

I think Phil did that 2nd debtor education course on 4 March. You can do it before the 341 meeting, but after you've filed.

phil actually doing something before it's due, that's strange

I only made the connection because last time he was complaining about being on hold I think it was a debtor course

Phil’s application being so sloppy and the omission of things like his second PayPal will force a full investigation of his assets and accounts, and the IRS will be alerted to any discrepancies that may affect his taxes.
Ppl say there’s financial incentive for Nancy yo go ahead w ch 7 as she gets profits from the sale, right? Well don’t whistle blowers (or narcs lol whatever you call them) get a portion of recovered $ for alerting irs to fraud? I’m not sure if it applies as she’s a financial officer but that’s additional motivation for *someone* to pay attention and report him. (Not necessarily one of us, but ppl involved in his proceedings) the fact that he uses his gaming equipment personally is proof enough, I remember Onion boy got fucked for not keeping his streaming shit kept up.

Whatever the phone call was Phil had to call THEM and it left him in a surly mood.

Honestly it could be anything but I can't think of what would throw you on hold for that long besides a bank or insurance.

Phil's circle of companies he interacts with is small. Possibly calling the bankruptcy claims system to answer a question? I could see them calling him requesting information and forcing him to call and wait to find out what they actually wanted.

Optimism says its Nancy wanting bank statements, thats the kinda shit that'd crack his idiocy shield.

But it could be literally anything that could force Phil to call them ASAP.

Could also just be the divorce attorney too.

Lol, they aint gonna make him call them. They'll serve him papers the day after she moves out with half his shit while he's getting groceries (she'll be 'sick' and unable to go along on his day off).

My money's on bankruptcy shit only because them making you call for info and being on hold is 100% government office MO, since they arent generally allowed to give details over the phone unless you confirm your identity.
