Well, you can get vitamin C (and vitamin A) from meat, you just have to eat organ meats to do it. That was partially what I was getting at when I asked what his average diet was like. I would be willing to bet he doesn't eat offal. My other question - how often he eats vegetables, which are also a major component of a paleo diet - has also been answered. So it's pretty safe to come to the conclusion that he is massively doing it wrong.Meat is all right for vit B; what is lacks completely is vit C. Carnivorous animals can synthesize vit C by themselves, but unfortunately primates (and that include your dear Neandies) have lost the gene somewhere down the road.
An Adenid is going to be nerdy, depressive, and probably suffers from

Science says we did evolve to eat these. In fact we've moved from having homodentary teeth to heterodentary for that purpose.Grains and dairy are inferior because we didn't evolve to consume them. Why do you think people report so much success with the paleo diet? Why do you think everybody is obese and unhealthy with retruded maxillas now?
Who is this "we?" Descendants from populations that have traditionally practiced cattle domestication typically maintain the ability to digest milk and other dairy products into adulthood. Lactase persistence varies by population and has arisen in multiple places, at different times, and via several mechanisms over the course of human evolution.Grains and dairy are inferior because we didn't evolve to consume them.
How would you test someone to see if they're "nerdy," "saucy" or "steadfast"?An Ethnikid is probably going to be rather passionate and "saucy". An Adenid is going to be nerdy, depressive, and probably suffers from
http://www.theapricity.com/forum/showthread.php?164029-SUBHUMAN-SYNDROME. A Thallid is going to be obsessive, daydreaming, steadfast, and brilliant. A Potatid is probably going to be silly and a bit of a pushover.
1. That's false. Soft tissue and bone growth are both ultimately controlled by the same root mechanisms. A Potatid will not only have an estrogenic, fat-coated face, but the facial bones will be rounded and the entire skeleton will be pyknomorphic.
2. I think there were a variety of hominids and ancient human types, and various patterns of gene flow throughout the world which, along with differentiating through natural selections in different environments, ultimately gave rise to the various races we see today. I can't tell you any specifics, since it's just too complex for us to unravel it all. There were some Neanderthals who survived in America until recent times, like the Southern Cheyenne Chief Wolf Robe.
3. Yes, hunting and gathering does have some inherent uncertainty to it. Farming does too, though. There are always going to be droughts, floods, aphid infestations, and so on.
I'm not sure I can answer all of your specific questions about nutrition, since it is not my area of expertise. What I can say for certain is that the recent changes in our diets have not been for the better. We evolved to process certain foods, over the course of tens or hundreds of millenia, or even more. Switching to completely different form of sustenance in a proverbial blink of an eye on the geographic timescale can not be good for our bodies and minds.

Check their signs of the Zodiac. How would you test someone to see if they're "nerdy," "saucy" or "steadfast"?
You may also need to check the alignment of Mars and Neptune on the date of their birthCheck their signs of the Zodiac.
@Amud
Stop trying to change your face. You're lying to your potential mates, it's unethical and very bankerish. Why do you want to act like a banker?
Yeah, ol' Lanz was quite the lolcow. I mean, Sodom-apelings? Top fucking kek. He even got butthurt at Hitler for taking his ideas (ORIGINAL RACE THEORY DO NOT STEAL).This thread makes me think of a certain historical lolcow:

Jörg Lanz von Liebenfels (1874 - 1954, living mainly in Vienna) was actually called Adolf Josef Lanz, but he decided to make up an aristocratic sounding name for himself, because Ario-Heroic Men deserve such. WUT? Yes, Lanz is the inventor of the following theory: In ancient times, there existed two kinds of men: God-Men and Beast-Men. The God-Men were telepathic super-beings of great intelligence and wisdom, and they also had blonde hair and blue eyes; the Beast-Men on the other hand were demonic savages who only thought about hankypanky and had dark skin and an ape-like demeanor. Unfortunately, some of the female God-Men were attracted to the Beast-Men because women are by nature inferior and therefore drawn to copulate with stupid, savage JERKS with HUGE PICKLES. Thus, the two races were mixed, which led to the degradation of the God-Men and a certain uplifting of the Beast-Men. The God-Men Yeah,ed into Ario-Heroic Germans, and the Beast-Men into nefarious Jews, Slavs, Gypsies and Niggos. The historical mission of the Ario-Heroic Germans will be to exterminate the lower races through castration and slavery, so that they themselves will once again evolve into God-Men. To this end it is also necessary to keep a tight watch over women and because due to their lowly instincts they always want to mate with crude, barbaric subhuman JERKS with HUGE PICKLES. Therefore it might also be advisable to keep women secluded from the male population in special breeding institutions where they will be inseminated with Ario-Heroic navy.
I wish I was making all of this up. But Lanz really believed these things and founded a secret society (the "New Templars") to further his ideas. Since there wasn't yet any intarwebz around to make a webshite and a forum, he instead published a magazine called "Ostara" (a made-up Germanic goddess):

Left part:
The Science of the Sodomite-Apelings and the Divine Electron - an introduction to the oldest and newest philosophy and a justification of aristocracy (with 45 illustrations) - by J. Lanz-Liebenfels.
Right part:
Germans - who shall lead you, who shall be prince?
Sorta unsurprisingly, a certain unsuccessful artist with a laughable mustache was known to read the Ostara magazine. In how far the Nazi party was directly influenced by Lanz is up for debate, but one can rather clearly recognize the ideology, as well as ideas that sound like they could be taken from the sluthate wiki or loveshy forum.

Yes, why don't you join with other great thinkers such as Nick Bate and ADF and re-found the New Templars. Maybe you could even buy 14 Branchland Court and turn the house into your Templar Castle. That is truly fascinating. Thank you for sharing. I will definitely have to look into his work. It seems that he independently arrived at similar conclusions as I have. The fact that two great minds independently came up with similar ideas is good evidence for their validity. It is like Newton and Leibniz discovering calculus, showing that it was an idea whose time had come.

Surely you're jerking us around. Like, you read about this guy, right? You're aware he's pretty unintelligent? I'm really confused right now. That is truly fascinating. Thank you for sharing. I...I can't tell if we're being fucked with here or not anymore. I could believe that someone would be special enough to classify someone's facial structure as potato-like or tomato-like, but this? That is truly fascinating. Thank you for sharing.
