Okay, this uncited factoid is good to know. It's too bad that has nothing to do with anything because it was said in the context of shoplifting.

Then it's a shame that's rather hard to prove, especially when they explicitly state it's because they're aggrandizing petty theft. A large quantity of people criticizing them are trans/queer, some of which defended her before (but not now), so your argument doesn't explain that in any regard.

Last I checked, not every poor person is a thief. That's a rather pleasant thing to assert, by the way. Also last I checked, erasers and notepads aren't essential for living. There was no explanation in the comic that the artist was poor either, they stole in order to get "inspiration." This argument makes no sense.

And there's Kevin's trademark argumentative tactic, "shut up, you're wrong," followed by even more snipes despite not wanting to "debate this." What kind of logic is "you can't think this because other people do," anyway?

And so Kevin addresses the issue of "what about the other trans/queer people also criticizing the artist?" And of course his explanation is that they're brainwashed, another thing that's conveniently impossible to prove. He also ignores the point that the "cartoon dog" is the artist's self insert, with the artist themselves admitting they did this.

Even Kevin's orbiters step in with the stupidity. As far as I, the law, and the general public are aware, the severity of a crime doesn't excuse the crime, nor does it make it acceptable to celebrate the performing of it. Shoplifting is the same class felony as assault, and I don't think anybody would applaud you for running up to a woman and kicking her in the throat.

And there's the truth, as if anybody didn't think Kevin had a dog in this.

And Kevin misses the point again.

The "literal cartoon character" is the artist's self insert, and they admitted they shoplift. The problem isn't that a cartoon character stole something. Even if this was only an admission of doing so, that wouldn't be the problem. The issue is that the artist celebrates shoplifting and brags about it.

Kevin's analogy of this being the same as people crying about back injuries because a comic depicts a character hurting their back isn't a comparison in any regard. A more accurate analogy is if the author of this hypothetical comic depicting somebody falling over decided to aggrandize the beauty and excitement of major spinal damage while depicting it as a positive experience, all while making the person falling over be a victim of somebody shoving them to the ground, then the author comes out and says they've happily broken people's spines before. It's celebrating malice, not misfortune.

And this is probably the dumbest point of them all. For some reason, Kevin believes "crimes are bad" is some emotionless, sociopathic stance without any elaboration. And, according to his previous points, he's engaged in the crimes he says are acceptable, so good luck with anybody taking this hot take on ethics at face value.

I knew Kevin's moral compass was on the fritz, but this is absurd. I would be laughing if I wasn't so annoyed by this.

The sources of the problem are internet social justice, poor mental health care, and oversaturation of porn. Kevin's troon-out literally involved all three of these things.

"Gender dysphoria" is turning into a catch-all explanation for literally every mental illness, so a lot of people are being misdiagnosed as troons because mental health care is shit and also pharmaceutical companies make a lot of money off of horse piss pills. Depression? You've got gender dysphoria. Autism? No, gender dysphoria. Borderline personality disorders? Dysphoria. Trooning conveniently explains all of your problems while lining the pockets of drug manufacturers!

The porn one is pretty easy. Like I said before, when people overdo it with porn, they get bored of vanilla stuff and start getting into weird stuff. This is doubly so for hentai, which seems to be a pipeline directly to troon and futa porn. If you combine the porn overload with either of the above issues, the person will start to want to be a porn star/anime character because of how much they hate their lives.

The number of straight guys (AGPs) trooning out is the clearest indicator that this issue is definitely not caused solely, or even mostly, by the gay community. They enable it, sure, but plenty of gay people don't tolerate this crap, either. Tomboys on Grindr don't get laid, and transbians only managed to date other transbians and/or their battered wives who got with them pre-transition. Then there's that whole "drop the T" campaign. Troons would still be a problem even if gay people were getting electrocuted and lobotomized like they were in the fifties. Hell, I know it would still be a problem, because Iran kills gay people but "supports" trannies (by forcing gay people to troon out.)

I've said this once, and I'll say it again: people like Kevin being disgusting degenerates should not be the justification for limiting the rights of Joe-Shmoe gay normies.
