That's an entire alternate universe. I don't know if it's as popular as it used to be, but I remember there being a pretty well-regarded fanfiction about it involving underground fighting and court cases. (Thrilling stuff)

I think I've brought up fanfiction review horrors before, but I'm honestly getting weirded out by all of these guest reviews cropping up on this one shipping fic. It's a lovely series, I actually do enjoy reading it, but the reviews are a hot mess and I can't look away from it. Whoever these readers are that the series has attracted just blows my mind. Previous reviews have some weirdos thirsting after Mothra, but lately they're thirsting after Godzilla, and thirsting hard. (I think there's some for Rodan, too, in earlier works.)

This is only what I found in the first four pages of the reviews (the reviews blow up pretty quickly). I know it doesn't seem like much, but in between these are of thirsty reviews proclaiming how hot a previous sensual chapter was.

What the fuck is going on with the kaiju fandom? Who are these people? Where are they even coming from? "Moth pussy" was just a joke, guys.

Is that what it's called? I've heard about it, think I came across a Tumblr artist who might've admitted to something like that, but I hadn't thought much of it because it was too weird a concept and I was only on her blog for the Ushio & Tora fan-art. But it shouldn't be that common.

Think this is why there's a lot of bara-related art for kaiju? I know Godzilla got pretty beefy/bear-like in design a few years ago, but in all honesty it's kinda hard to see most times because the fights tended to take place in the dark for both Legendary films.

I think it started because the beasts still have human elements to them, whether in shape and/or mannerisms. I know I've seen it joked that the Beast was hotter as a beast than when he turned back into a human, although that definitely misses the point of the moral in that it's what's inside that counts. I've brought up the Poképhilia and Mewtwo fuckers in the shipping thread, but I've noticed it started out with human-like Pokémon (anthros) and evolved from there after Gen IV.

I'm well aware popular fics (especially shipping ones) can make readers say some weird shit about their lowkey desire to date/fuck the fictional character of their dreams (waifus/husbandos and stuff), but for it to crop up around a Mothzilla series to boot is why I've been hovering around the review section like a moth to a flame. Pun very much intended. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
