I promise you, looking at this through a more objective lens will not diminish your raging hate boner for Jen, nor will it increase Jen's standing as a decent human being. More than one person at a time can be a piece of shit. The sewer can hold infinite turds, and Who is She is one of them.

Obviously Youtube agrees that Jen was in the right as they have not restored this dumpster bitch's dumpster channel.

Attacking me isn't going to change the facts. Facts are what the law looks at. Youtube will do nothing about it IF Who doesn't pursue this. If Who does pursue it, I guarantee you that YouTube will find for Who. Why? Jen went for copyright strike 3 times. NOT bullying. NOT harassing, which is what Jen even said over and over in her video. Had Jen gotten Who taken down for bullying, I would quite agree. I'm not fond of how Who ran her first channel and I have never mentioned her in this thread, even with my 'raging hate boner' for Jen. But the point of how I feel about Jen is of no importance in this and I think I've made that quite clear. I somewhat feel tho, that you have some feelings here and are using emotion to post, rather than actual facts. :thinking:

ps: edited to add, I believe I've said all I can say on this matter or rather, all that I care to say. Carry on if you must.

Onision has been abusing the copyright system for years and youtube doesn't care, nothing will happen to stupid Jen. Just like nothing would happen to Chantal if she had the balls to strike Charlie and the rest of them. The Who girl should have stood her ground instead of pandering to Jen. Jen is an asshole. I'm just happy her stupidity has been further exposed in all this, demanding what kinds of comments are going to be allowed on her channel, etc. She was able to control her mother, she controls Gene, but she can't control the public perception of herself.

Sending someone an email threatening to unleash the dogs of war unless the hostage is released by 8 pm is 100% unadulterated exceptionalism and should be ridiculed with vigor.

The outbreak of hostilities between fupa factions this year was unforeseen and thus far glorious. Now there's blood in the water and they're going to start striking one another left and right and it's going to be an immensely entertaining grease fire.

Great that she spends her welfare money this way. She might eat a vegetable if she can sautee it in butter and then melt a pound of cheese on it. Who is she kidding, she has bags of Lays and Sociable crackers sitting by her bedside, because she feels she's missing out on life' if she doesn't get 'her food'. Imagine this being your life.

YouTube does not, and does not claim to, evaluate the veracity of a DMCA Claim. It is extremely common for third parties to forge and perjure claims of videos wholly owned and created by the uploader and have the uploader's channel be removed as a result. YouTube only intervenes and puts itself at liability for copyright infringement on behalf of its user when that user is in the multiple millions of subscribers, or it causes a social media outrage.

Once WiS files a counter claim against the strikes, Jen has 14 days to prove she is willing to take the copyright claim to the next level(aka through a lawyer), if Jen doesn't respond, the strikes are rescinded.

Doesn't challenging a strike necessitate a person to give their legal name, and then doesn't that info become publicly available? I think doxing themselves is what prevents a lot of channels from challenging a strike.

Screenshots were posted in the Charlie thread (because someone capped a Charlie video; I don't know where the original screens are). WIS claimed she gave Jen her real name in a later email. We don't know if the name she gave Jen was real though. It seems like a bluff to me, because if you're not afraid of her having your name then file the fuckng counterclaim, why be like "here's my name don't make me do it ~uguu!" Her begging emails to Jen were sickening and imo Strawbs is correct, she was afraid to counter the claim for fear of Jen having her dox. And why should she bother now, when she has a bigger channel?
