Fried chicken won’t help PCOS at all. The only way to treat it is to lose weight, which clearly isn’t going to happen any time soon.

Both I reckon. The increased inflammation and lowered immune systems will lead to higher complication rate, And the higher rates of diabetes and hypertension will too... and being on a vent will have disastrous odds.
As well as the physics of that body mass on a vent, imagine trying to keep such a patient clean, or even working around that size, accessing veins for testing, probes, catheters etc. How do you even keep them sedated safely? The risks just multiply.

That's what dexmedotimine is for.

Don't get brady on me.

It doesn't take very long to fry a prebreaded chicken tender you've pulled from the freezer. I can't imagine why she spent two hours cooking 100 of them to stuff back in the freezer for a nightly snack or what gave her the idea. Now she'll still have to thaw them again and they're not going to taste the same at all.

I got the impression she made them herself, she does cook. Either way, it's disgusting.

Everyone knows it's a bad idea to eat at bedtime, for many reasons. But that doesn't apply to Kelly, guys. She knows her body, and whatever she's doing for her PCOS is clearly working.

She really acts as though this is best for her nutrition, like it's important self care. She craves chicken, therefore her body needs it. Well, if you eat fried chicken every night (as a snack! After dinner!), you will think you need it. Because it becomes a habit. But for Kelly, it's not addiction, it's "intuitive eating!"

When she couldn't find chicken before, she still "needed" protein, salt, and fat. So she must've gorged on something else in its place.

So the obesity epidemic is a false narrative by the CDC among others, as part of a eugenics based plot against... the overweight? Blacks? Overweight blacks?

I'm mightily impressed at how the CDC has managed to coerce so many people into eating too much & becoming fat. I'd love to know what subliminal tools they used. But wait - author says moderately overweight people actually live longer than people of normal weights. So are "normies" the target of this planned eugenics? I am so perplexed.

What the fuck does she need protein for her grueling workout regiment? Regardless, fried chicken has a horrifyingly bad macro profile, even for someone doing keto:

Over 50% calories from fat, come on. You eat three pieces you just clogged every vein in your body just as you strap the CPAP machine on to keep you alive by FORCING air into your fatass lung cavity. Say she eats 3 pieces every night before bed that's 1200 calories of chicken every night x365 and that's over 100lbs in fat just from fried chicken. If she gave up just fried chicken she'd probably lose 50 lbs this year.

But she just fried enough to feed the Slaton family through the end of this pandemic.

FYI: I was hoping to have Lipid's thread completed by now, but I fail. However, i have downloaded a ton of stuff on her, and I am working on an outline, etc. Since we are going to have downtime tomorrow for the server stuff, it works out better because there are so many images (buwahahaha). We will have a thread soon, my darlings.

I want to give much appreciation to @JambledUpWords for all of the updates you have given in this thread. Also, @rocknrollmartian for updates and important details (dox). I am mostly creating a narrative and making super ugly image collages.

So gorls be fat and unsexworthy up in here.

A very small snack with protein can be helpful for those trying to keep blood sugar on an even keel. Blood sugar can drop low overnight in some people so some are advised to have a light snack before bed. But we are talking small. An oatcake with a slice of cheese, a small Greek yoghurt, a carrot sliced with a tablespoon of hummus. A boiled egg. Nothing big, it needs to come out of your calorie allowance as well. It’s often something pregnant women do as well to stave off nausea in the morning.
Needless to say, scarfing down a plate of fried chicken is not advised as a protein before bed option. It is not ‘good for your PCOS.’ Losing weight and exercising and eating well is good for PCOS. Fried chicken, not so much .

I can understand why she was intuitively craving salt and fat: her body really needed it.
Personally, I like to intuitively do cocaine. You’d be surprised at just how much of it my body needs.

Right? I'm pretty intuitive with the vodka myself!
Every time I go without it for awhile, I start to get these really intense cravings. That’s how you know my body will die without it.

I will also die without brand-name handbags, a raise at work and pizza at three am after getting high. My body has pretty strong ways of telling me that all these things are vital for my health.

oh, and liver problems at my age? Booboo, are you my doctor to know about my health? My doctor said it’s NOT because of alcohol.

Um excuse you, Mister White Male Doctor, but lots of people have liver problems who DON’T drink. So unless it’s vitally important to my health, please don’t bring my drinking habit up during my appointment. It causes me a lot of stress to hear about it, and I think we can all agree that stress KILLS.
