I was going to sperg about what I thought the 3/31 10 days shit meant, but then Mr. Huth blessed us with an update: Citibank appears to be fighting the bankruptcy on top of unpaid taxes to the State Department of Revenue in the combined amount of $38,308.22.

It means they're declaring it severely (> 6 months) delinquent which looks worse than regular delinquency on his credit report. It also lets them write it off as uncollectable for tax purposes while still letting them pursue him for the full amount. Apart from fucking his credit this means they probably intend to use the tax benefits of a charge off to pay for the costs of pursuing him.

1 of the accounts listed has the exact same value as what Phil put in his BK filing and the other two it looks like he rounded down to the nearest whole dollar; once you account for that they line up exactly. The only explanation I can think of here is that @nohandsboi is a liar and committed a serious felony for internet lulz. The only thing that still has me interested here is how he managed to fool Nancy-she's probably dealt with tons of idiots and scammers as a trustee but she didn't seem to realize something funny was going on.

There isn't a third paypal that anyone knows of.

He has two which is consistent with everything else he's ever filed and tracks out to his usual tips/etc.


I don't understand why people are convinced he has some super secret paypal where he stashes his mystery money.

I found the third Paypal account about a week ago. It has been known that Phil uses the burnellpp@yahoo.com e-mail after he got hacked in 2017. Then in September 2019 it was found that he was still using it for his Activision ID. He also has a Discord Account registered to this account, so we know he still uses the e-mail at least for verification purposes.

We just know that he has at least one more Paypal account. There is no way of knowing if he's actually using it for anything.
