It has zero basis on reality and is parroted by the kind of moron that thinks Squarkbox and The Canary are reliable news sources (the only ones to be repeatedly done by the new Press laws about outright falsifying stories).

Here's a bit of good news. There's a Polish nursing home for the mentally disabled (already mentioned much earlier in the thread) that made the news when over 60 residents and personnel tested positive and everyone was worried it could be a massacre in there. Well it's been two weeks and they all tested negative. One older guy died, but according to staff he had no corona-specific symptoms and already had other serious conditions, so who knows. Could have been much worse all in all.

One of the most depressing things to find out recently is the odds of herd immunity may not even occur. People are being re-infected with Covid after having it before and getting sick ''again''. There doesn't seem to be much immunity if you've already had it.
