I think the mistake by Blasey-Ford which should have made everyone realize she was lying through her teeth was her insistence on having had only one beer. She swore up and down with absolute certainty that she only had one beer that night. She couldn't remember all sorts of other details, making it hard to pin her down on lying. insisting she only had one beer made it impossible to question her state of mind or memories being influenced by alcohol. It was simply too convenient that anything which could cast doubt on her recollection she refuted due to rock solid memory, and anything which could independently be verified to undermine her account was forgotten.

The whole testimony was that way.

It certainly didn't help that she acted like a poor, simpering little girl to elicit sympathy, acting like she was about to explode into a thousand pieces from forty year old trauma. Trauma which apparently had zero effect on her life in between, but somehow forty years later turned her into a shattered, timid wreck, just in time to land in front of the cameras to further her political aims. It also didn't help that throughout the questioning, she revealed the effects of the supposed night on her in the same order the PTSD criteria are listed in the DSM. Well done, psych professor, well done.

The only thing indelible in that woman's hippocampus is that she's a complete fraud.

Man, the Democrats are really ripping into each other over Biden and is basically a repeat of them trying to shame independent voters back in 2016. I'm wondering if the establishment that's pushing him thought he'd be more popular and not as dividing as he seems to be.

I was disappoint nobody asked her what Kavanaugh smelled like.
Scent is one of the strongest memory triggers and anyone with PTSD from something will spend time telling you about the smells and how they have to avoid them decades later.
