Considering his past emphasis that tips are taxable, and the fact he described tips as "charitable contribution" in the same answer that he described them as tipping a waiter, I disagree. Call meThere has to be a reason he had that pre-packaged speech ready about tips being donations according to his Tax Guy.
I think he was trying to paint his Twitch Tips as gifts, due to the gift exemption on taxes. It seemed like he was trying to say that Twitch called them tips, but they were really gifts, but failing miserably at expressing it.Considering his past emphasis that tips are taxable, and the fact he described tips as "charitable contribution" in the same answer that he described them as tipping a waiter, I disagree. Call me, but I think he was just trying to describe that people give him money for no service in exchange (he also used "voluntarily") and his brain was casting about for a high-IQ characterization. There's a whole thread of him fucking up idioms, and he calls them contributions, maybe he half-remembered that "charitable contributions" was a common phrase without thinking of tax implications.
He is just extremely lucky he was talking to a trustee who probably doesn't have a law degree, makes 50k a year, and doesn't actually give a shit.Considering his past emphasis that tips are taxable, and the fact he described tips as "charitable contribution" in the same answer that he described them as tipping a waiter, I disagree. My thoughts are he's playing semantics with the insolvency. He knew in April if the bank took the house and went after him for the difference he'd declare bankruptcy, but "technically" he didn't know what would happen with CT condo until Midfirst made their move. They could have just let him off the hook and none of this would be happening...yet.Him not paying off this comparatively small amount is significant because of the timing. He receives $2000 of "extra" income in August but can't pay taxes for operating a business in the state of Washington? He met Rochelle in October. In the 341 meeting recording, Phil states that he realized insolvency in APRIL--not October. He does go on to say October several times, but IIRC, Phil did announce publicly his plans to go into bankruptcy in April. I can only assume that his attorney hinted at him that they met in October which is the point he *realized* he was insolvent. I have to imagine this just screams his intent at Nancy.
Nancy has been a lawyer for 30 years, and a trustee since at least 2002. No dissin mah girl. Big ups Nancy. He is just extremely lucky he was talking to a trustee who probably doesn't have a law degree, makes 50k a year, and doesn't actually give a shit.
Fred Fuchs.Nancy has been a lawyer for 30 years, and a trustee since at least 2002. No dissin mah girl. Big ups Nancy.
Sorry I take it back! I didn't know that.Nancy has been a lawyer for 30 years, and a trustee since at least 2002. No dissin mah girl. Big ups Nancy.
yeah but he thinks everyone here are morahns and don't know what they're talking about, so he won't believe anythingDon't you know Phil reads the farms everyday?
Dave definitely has a network of speds at least that come here and keep him abreast of anything cooking in the detractor community, so he'll probably hear about this from here if not through actual official channels.
Yes, he does. They want my money, so I'm only gonna give them the smallest amount I can, meaning there's more money for me and they're idiots for not asking for more.I really think he believes making minimum payments he is getting one over on credit companies. That's why he never pays anything. Its a buyers market for credit cards.
Fred Fuchs.
Almighty Tevin.
Nancy James.
But one of them took an mma class at a mall (probably Rexkwondo). And another one allegedly poisoned someone.and only one of those people are actually educated and going to be the reason phil loses everything. the other 2 are just autistic phil lickers
And another one allegedly poisoned someone
Um it's.... Tevin's fault?Let's be clear. Tevin, a young black dude, was accused by an older white lady of trying to poison her because she thought her soda tasted like bleach, and he was one of the cleaning staff.
And then LSU's Barney Fife tried to get him to confess to putting bleach in there.
So I looked up what an asset case is-

Is his BK getting changed to an asset case because of his condo in CT? Is Nancy trying to swipe his business-related consoles?
It also doesn't help that there are a shit ton of discrepancies in his filing, plus how he went hard in the paint with weasel words in his 341 call... This MORE THAN LIKELY isn't this trustee's first rodeo with a lying shit head, and so Phil is really gonna feel the hammer when his pigroach luck runs out and he's gotta basically get rid of everything, including his beloved horse. His biggest asset is the WA condo, which has appreciated significantly in value. Doesn't seem like he has any other major assets, which speaks further to the idiocy of his spending. He's $131k in credit card debt, and he doesn't have anything of note to show for it.
