I assumed it was because I normally watch things that other people tend to like but maybe that's not the case. Claiming to be immunocompromised in some vague and undefined way is the claiming to be non-binary of health issues, in that it means fuck all and only exists as a means to draw attention to the claimant and how special and victimized they are. See Jameela Jamil and Lena Dunham's threads for more. It's a rough estimate that around 5% of the American population is immunocompromised, mostly people living with organ transplants, HIV/AIDS, cancer treatment, severe drug dependency, that kind of thing.

Realistically, Quinn's biggest health dangers should she be exposed to COVID-19 are that she's a smoker, she's 80 to 100lbs overweight and she appears to live on drugs and processed garbage food. But those are things that are her fault, which doesn't make for a compelling victim narrative.
