It's just fun to watch them twist themselves into knots to try and hide the fact that they only believe the evidence that supports the truth they want. And because it's very inconvenient for their professed morality that Biden's been accused of sexual assault, you get the battle between those who don't want to admit they'd take a rapist over Trump, vs. those who are happy they can not vote for the old white guy but still be a sanctimonious prick about it.

So, come November, there will just be more finger-pointing and accusations and a complete lack of self-reflection as to how the Democrats could have so completely imploded from in-fighting again.

I don't like Trump. But at least watching ResetEra REEEEEEEE to the high heavens will be enjoyable.

On their terms, Trump was supposed to be the response that finally fixed the Democrats into the "progressive bastion" they should be. A safe place for trannies and KSweeley alike. And not the plantation factory for forced correct-think and black people knowing their place it continues to be.

While some don't like Trump as a man, the message he sold about being able to think freely and that he would put America first resonated. People at least think he's honest about any of his bullshit too. Doesn't pretend to be as perfect as Hecht.

The Dems were supposed to return this time around with the ideal candidate, without the baggage of Hillary Clinton, and now they might as well have ran Bill Clinton. Obama got them a win for a reason, much like Trump will likely get a second term.

No idea if socialist Grandpa could have beaten Trump, probably not cause the likes of adam387 would stay at home. But Trump will have a much easier time weaponizing autism online to make fun of Biden, and I think this time around some of the reeeeeeing socialists will actually stay at home in sizeable numbers. All of it will be highly entertaining whatever the fuck happens, which is why personal responsibility, self-worth and sorting your own life out matters most. To be fair every dude I've met who's used the word females instead of girls or women has been a fucking weirdo.

It's actually a pretty good warning indicator of incel types.

What you're probably talking about is using "females" in most other situations. Saying attractive females or males in a game is about a female or male characters. It's not too unusual to say that.

Your friends telling you they were hanging around with "hot females" is what is weird. Should be "hot women". Or for Resetera, "hot girls under 16".

And anyway, it's more the fainting couch lunacy on Resetera when they pretend their whole day is ruined and they cannot stop crying because someone said "females". Probably a Mexican poster with bad English, but he's now literally Incel Hitler according to Resetera.

For some reason using the gender noun instead of the colloquial is almost always an expression of distaste, at least when there isn't a specific reason to say "male" or "female."

Substantivised adjectives are apparently dehumanising, so they are strictly verboten in the woke sociolect. It's more evident it's a substantive when used in its plural form, therefore they go out of their way to avoid using forms like "females", "gays", "blacks" and, more recently, "transgenders". "Whites" is not OK either, but "males" or "Slovenians" seem to be fine. It's a wild ride.

Funny, I feel the same way and I'm not really sure why. I pretty much talk about "females" only if I'm talking about animals, or some context that includes both women and girls. It's an odd twist of language, I guess.

At the end of the day most people on here won't be total faggots about it and will already know if the person they are talking to is a loser or not. None of us need 30+ page topics crying because someone said "females in games".

And it's an example of a perfectly mundane and predictable process in English, which utilises conversion all the time. That it might be used in a disparaging way by some people is unimportant. But they are the type of people who would ban all hammers because a hammer could potentially become a tool of murder.
