So are there any *real* improvements to the game engine beyond it being made to run faster?
Is there any *real* progress to the game being released?

He probably just tests something once and that's it. "Oh hey it works!" and doesn't bother to test stuff further. Sometimes running into even the simplest and stupidest bug caused by the least suspicious line of code can take hours of playtesting. And I'm pretty sure he'd rather slurp to anime titties (mostly Samus') and play vidya games instead.I wouldn't be surprised if Alex does essentially no quality control testing outside of what he himself sees on his computer, so for any bug that he doesn't see during his personal testing he relies on the community to see and report it. It's likely the case that on his specific machine, these bugs never manifested (as is the case for me as well) but once this update was released to the very wide pool of machines in use it became obvious there'samany problems somewhere.
Either Unity got a lot better at being able to parse through garbage or the volunteer who did most of the porting to the new version of Unity fixed or made things more efficient. Or both. Hard to say which at this point. So are there any *real* improvements to the game engine beyond it being made to run faster?

Hmm, you know, now that I think about it, it's entirely possible that the volunteer has been fixing some of his code without telling ScamdereDev. What Alex wrote in the April 9 update makes me think that. And porting something from an old engine to a new one shouldn't give a game this huge of a performance boost, unless something was way past fucked with the old one.Either Unity got a lot better at being able to parse through garbage or the volunteer who did most of the porting to the new version of Unity fixed or made things more efficient. As for progress to the game being released, well, obviously he now needs time to iron out the bugs introduced from porting to the newer Unity version, so Osana pushed back another decade.
I think Alex should tone down the fetish, joking aside you kiwis sure he graduated from college, cause holy hellThis is Alex we're talking about. If he can fuck something up then he will in the most mind numbing way.

The only interesting thing is that different people are reporting various problems and if the game wasn't so shit and one of those things that should only be tested on a virtual machine then it probably would be interesting to look into how/why this build is for certain people even though they're using the same build.
Eh, this is going to be a nothingburger. Even if he does quit the only way it could be seriously damaging to Alex is if he spergs out about it (which I'm sure he's smart enough not to do).Ruh oh, Jay is starting to run out of patience

And of fucking course, to no one's surprise, he added Corona-chan to the game.
(it's a literal re-skin of Ebola-chan)

BOOOY at 3:41 look how fricking laggy the game is. As soon as he looks at that corner or some of the windows the framerate dives like Alex's reputation. My god that's bad, and that's the latest build.Ruh oh, Jay is starting to run out of patience

...There was a story to the alphabet killer mode?BOOOY at 3:41 look how fricking laggy the game is. As soon as he looks at that corner or some of the windows the framerate dives like Alex's reputation. My god that's bad, and that's the latest build.
Also, shouldn't a teacher question why is there a kid running around with smoke bombs, shouldn't they be on high alert around Ayano or whatever the story was at this point? You know a story is bad when you can't even remember it.
And that outro is a good showcase of what the game is. A glitchy fucking mess.
Too bad he'll go back to YanSim eventually when more "content" is added.
Thankfully I only wasted 7 minutes of my life thanks to 2x playback.
The teachers' behavious is dumb and illogical regardless....There was a story to the alphabet killer mode?
I believe Jay started this challenge, or he made it popular awhile ago. It was way easier back then, with less students and stuff. What's even the point of the alphabet challenge? A way for Alex to see if the kills/students discovering you/students discovering blood/items to distract the students/blah blah blah/seriously I don't care anymore etc. are working?
I don't even see how is this even fun. Killing like 77 students in a school, and then make sure you don't get caught, also try to hide evidence etc.? This is so tedious that I can't even consider it fun at all.
At least this gives Alex somewhat more motivation to work on the game but I still even wonder the whole point of it. Even the comments on the video posted here are already mocking him.
I'm surprised that the YouTube algorithm didn't automatically flag the video for linking to porn. It's not illegal, since the game is technically 18+, but it is against YouTube's ToS. This whole porn thing is really weird tbh. It's pretty obvious for even dedicated YanSim fans that this is just Alex's fetish project now.So I read every post since SNAP mode was released as to avoid a repost. And this might not be a big deal, but YandereDev linked to the Project QT page directly which took you to uncensored anime porn without asking for age verification on a youtube video which has a paid sponsorship from a porn game. I didn't see anyone talking about this.
Attached is a screenshot of the SNAP mode video with the porn link. Obviously it's not there now, and I reported the video for pornographic content in the description. I also went to patreon and reported that specific video too.
I knew he was going to get shit for posting it, so I made sure to archive it with a screen shot so he couldn't hide. Is this technically grooming children in the eyes of the law yet?
Imagine posting a sponsored link to a porn game on your school massacre murder-suicide mini game. At what point do you realize that maybe you're the bad guy?
