Ah, so chronic dehydration because mother dearest can't handle a pissed bed now and then? Scum.

No *water?* what the absolute fuck call CPS.
OK, General Stone. You know, there is a certain amount of responsibility on the part of the national government of a state for what lower levels do, and for what those lower levels do to regular citizens.
In China, people are allowed to discuss Nigerian facehuggers. China has multiple levels of government. They're all quite tolerant of Chinese voices. I'm not a Chink and I don't like Chinks, but it's hard to rationally deny that.
In America, people are not allowed to discuss the population of Lakewood delibrately spreading the virus. This is very interesting. Is it important to discuss the impact of individual levels of government when Chinamen are free to talk about a problem while Americans are not? I mean, if everyone in government allows you to speak freely, that sounds like you're free, right?
I recognize you're just being autistic, but the Chinks were doing that because they are 20% of the world's (technically) human population and some of those people are so shitty that they wander around in public after being diagnosed with COVID-19. I mean, they could have just shot them or let them roam free infecting everyone, but containing them instead and dropping food packages right outside the door seems like a moderate compromise.
No *water?* what the absolute fuck call CPS.
"Yes, foolish Americans, you have none of this so-called "freedom" because you can be fired for speaking wrongly, while the peaceloving Chinese will only be disappeared or made to sign a letter of apology for telling lies for doing so which is far better! AHAHAHAHAHA!"
You know, I actually saw someone (a journalist or "expert" I forget which) say this week that having a Chinese style dictatorship with restricted liberties would be a good thing in fighting "the virus", but "sadly" we have don't have a system like that, we have freedoms and liberties to take into account.
It was legit creepy to read.
Not to power level overly, but our shared family have some really Not Good thinking and behaviour around food, eating, restriction, all that shit. I have told my cousin that now we are mothers, we should be actively trying not to pass that heavy baggage on. I had to go to treatment as a kid. I don’t want that for my own kids.
It’s homemade pizza with chicken and veggies. It’s not the worst thing nutritionally they will eat this week. I doubt it is worse than the limp two day old prepacked salad they were sent with. My kids will eat kale and quinoa and pretty much all shit as long as I make some effort to half disguise it in a casserole or a soup or likewise. Toddlers are not gonna sit and munch raw kale straight out the fridge because it’s bitter and cold and kinda wet.
She has other mad rules about no water between meals and no snacks between meals either. I don’t know if the nanny obeyed them but fuck it. I’m not telling a thirsty toddler they can’t have water because that’s nuts, and you can eat all the bananas you want at my house. You are two, if you say you are hungry I’m going to believe you. I try and feed healthy meals and offer better snacks, but I’m not fighting to force a kid to eat something they absolutely refuse to eat. Food can’t become a battleground or a trigger of strong emotion. It annoys me that she knows exactly why I feel strongly about this shit and still is trying to get me to go along with these mad rules.
Also, and I know this is kind of bitchy, it’s a lot easier to have rules about keeping children hungry and thirsty when you’re not the one facing them down to tell them that no, they have to stay thirsty. I have to personally implement all the rules I make so I’m invested in them being workable.
(I tried the limp salad. It was either kinda on the turn or just a bit horrible so I decided not to eat it myself.)
What's wrong with milch? If the kids aren't allergic it's fine.If the nanny is feeding your kids tard cum it is definitely time to step up and stop subcontracting your motherhood.
New York's governor, despite his positive statements, would lose his shit if the federal government got involved in enforcing quarantines. Most of the people that voted for him have TDS.Those people have never really delt with 3rd world corruption. They mistake a lack "political will" or more exactly a lack of "political will for what they want" to be a fault of the system.
Alot of our liberties exist because the colonists were abused by the british goverment. hence the whole due process, etc.
One think I can agree with is that alot of public events should have been cancled and newyork should have had state and federal authorties enforcing isolations. As in you dont get to flee the city spreading that shit with you.
But thats really really hard to do legally. But then again the trail of tears wasnt legal ether I guess we could do a version 1.5 of it again.
After reading this I wish your cousin's kids were here so my sons who pretty much live off meat and dairy and are obsessed with monster trucks and heavy equipment could kick the shit out of them, because she's turning them into giant gaping pussies. Is that a fucked up thing to think? That's probably a fucked up thing to think.

They are two and four. A beating is a bit much. If you would like to rustle up a hamburger and milkshake, they would probably appreciate one though.
They are out in the sandpit now, happy as larry. The lawn is full of sunbathing dogs. Lockdown isn’t all bad.
Mine are two and four as well. We still have around a foot of snow on the ground here, but we've been getting out because we have a good quater acre back yard. I took them out yesterday and cleared a big spruce that fell across the yard over the winter with a bucksaw and an axe instead of the chain saw because, well, we have a considerable amount of time on our hands with everything going on. They love that shit. We'll probably have a bunch of fires and burn it all once the snow melts.

Leche is fine, but orange fanta is right out.
I live in Australia and we're fucked on the front of civil liberties. We have none. Well a small, tiny amount that's implied (freedom of religion, some trade shit and the right to vote). But as for everything else, it's up to the high court.
One of our Civil Liberty councils had a rep that went on ABC (Gov owned tv) today and talked about the need for a watchdog to maintain our liberties and human rights. Because atm, they're being heavily violated and will for "at least 6 months". The leftist crowd was so angry that the ABC dared to have someone on that would say such things.
One journalist suggested that the IPA (the civil liberties council mentioned) have it's members "arrested" for voicing their opinions.
A little scary.
Australia has already been having problems with a decline in civil liberties - since 9/11 Australia has enacted the most changes to laws that effect civil liberties, privacy and protections of (I think) all G20 countries.
Whilst they aren't ones you'd notice day to day, they're there. We have next to no Covid-19 cases and we're rather aggressively being told that restrictions are "here to stay". They don't mean "until no new cases" either.
So whilst I think the US and other countries will be in a better position and will recover quickly, I'm very much doubting Australia to ever get liberties back. It's turning a bit into China 2.0.
I hate Abos, but the government is even treating the abos like shit atm, which is... not good. Giving police complete powers, government directive to put the country on indefinite house arrest, telling the people out of work to suck it up and accept the $700 p/w pittance they're dolling out and at the same time as giving politicians and government workers a 12% payrise, is a bit worrying.
You have snow? I’m sending the entire bunch over complete with Frozen costumes.
