Good lord, no, this is not how "every human feels." The rest of us aren't twisting ourselves into paralytic balls of agony every time we get dressed. This whole "you were attracted a tranny till you found out about the penis so actually you are into trannies if not transphobia" is just willful missunderstanding of how people work.

First of all most people don't pay that much attention till they have reason. There is simply too much going on at once to function without being selective. Still we need to be ready for unexpressed dangers and opportunities so we unconsciously look out signs. It's very common to notice something, turn to look at it well and find out you were mistaken, like think a stick is a snake or that you lost your phone but it was in your other pocket.

This is also true about other people, it just tends be in longer time frame. Most people pass your life without second thought but once in while something gets your attention. Someone seems like they might be worth of your time so you go and find out if they are. "If" being the keyword as some are and some are not, this is true no matter the reason to care, friendship, hatred or romance. Getting noticed isn't at all the end if they are really attracted to you, that part is actual attention game. That means looking if expectations are filled and many times they are not, resulting in the sparking attraction dying. This isn't at all unique to trannies as people can find out about ugly tattoos, mismatched sex drives or just how boring you are, and no longer being attracted. This is just how forming voluntary relationships works.

Super fucking late on this but I need to say that pumping does NOT bring these changes. Clit pumps work like penis pumps, yes, but a clitoris does not have the dense spongy material that a real penis has to allow for the desired expansion/lengthening. A woman can pump twice a day for the rest of her life and and only see about 3/4ths of an inch to an inch of clitoral growth in her lifetime, and that's with a rigorous regimen of pumping.
