Super fucking late on this but I need to say that pumping does NOT bring these changes. Clit pumps work like penis pumps, yes, but a clitoris does not have the dense spongy material that a real penis has to allow for the desired expansion/lengthening. A woman can pump twice a day for the rest of her life and and only see about 3/4ths of an inch to an inch of clitoral growth in her lifetime, and that's with a rigorous regimen of pumping. She's been pumping forever, and compared to these TIFs she is tiny. She does not use hormones, just good old fashioned good diet, exercise, and pumping.
Testosterone absolutely gave that TIF that length. She may have been already big from the start (plenty of women are born with bigger than usual clits) but testosterone is big and nasty and will fuck you up if you're a woman. She's one of the "lucky" ones that gained max growth potential, run of the mill TIFs out there are usually only 1-2 inches when they're on T. Additionally, she could be lying and also used DHT, which makes the clitoris grow even more even if you're on T (DHT is prescribed by doctors before a metoidioplasty/phalloplasty to maximize growth potential). DHT will tap into any leftover receptors in the clitoris that T couldn't get and finish off the work, so to speak.
