Only correction is that Phil IS one of the biggest whales. He consistently ranks at the very top of the events.
Yes, but events also require grinding, and whales really really hate grinding usually. Phil is different in that he has tons of free time and no life. That Mark guy I posted is in a faction with a fully maxed guy that spends thousands upon thousands regularly, and he puts Phil to shame.

Are "guilds" something common to most gatcha games, or is this just a WWE Champions thing?

I genuinely believe it is this. Phil displays all the classic signs of someone with a gambling addiction. Rationalization, deliberate ignorance of reality, refusal to acknowledge the problem, compulsion to lie...it goes on and on.

I wonder if Kat is even aware.

I feel she doesn't know and is given similar bullshit as what the stream audience is told.
Yeah on Lotto or slots or Bitcoin you at least have a slim chance of making your money back. There has to be a reason he is doing this.

Ironically, I think the reason he drops so much cash on the game is the same reason some people drop so much on his stream to him.

It's a way to purchase clout / popularity / notoriety. It may only be for a small audience in his guild, but you can see that those other guys playing this mobile game with him drool and slobber all over his account.

I always felt like there was some part of him that doesn't want to be financially secure. He likes playing the victim. Like when he would turn his stream off during raids where people are firing tips at him.
All he has for sale is financial drama. It's the only thing keeping him going. It's the only thing that keeps people interested. He can never tell his fans that he's okay financially. The second he does that the money goes away.

I always thought he ducks out of raids like they're the plague because of his autistic fixation on his clock-out schedule, and the fact that such a massive influx of new viewers in the chat might break the pignosis spell on his regulars.

222 roster now. I presume he spent money to get that brand new Drew. I mean, I doubt he actually NEEDS it, but if his idiot viewers are willing to give him all this money for the privilege of seeing him wear a vest for 30 minutes, then he can buy new wrestlers. Treat yoself.

EDIT: and overall "talent" rating has gone up by 31000. If the max talent value for one new wrestler is 13360 or whatever, that means he's still leveling up multiple wrestlers

You guys remember how there was (valid) concern that the WWE Champions guild DSP might be a total coincidence? Well, I've been passed some screenshots from the Discord Mod Chat that definitely doesn't exist. Haha whoops! All parties involved have requested anonymity, but these look legit and frankly would be a helluva fake. Enjoy. Normally I would thumbnail these, but fuck it. This is gold.
