People who get certain kinds of aid qualify. Some do receive a 1099 and many of them do not file taxes. Others do not, and they have to apply through the IRS website. I’m not sure about people who don’t work or get aid, or people who get the kind of state aid staph gets.

Bit spergy but this kind of annoys me due to having thick, unmanageable hair: Steph, you're hair isn't thick at all. Speaking as someone with pain in the ass hair learning to find which shampoos work best is essential and necessary because you need to wash your hair you filthy, filthy troglodyte.
