Let me know if you need any more information. I've done a little digging into her past myself though she's not particularly remarkable hence her inventing several more interesting personalities. There is an article about a woman of the same age and name getting into a fight with a partner that sends people along the wrong path when looking into Chloe - avoid that one as it's a different woman.

Do people with OCD constantly say "I'm having a compulsion"? I don't feel like this is a helpful question although I understand what you are getting at. Dissociation can be severe and result in seeming catatonia or be mild enough for a person to fight through to the extent that the person dealing with it can muddle through a one on one conversation without noticeable distress. People who make these mental health videos are used to "narrating" their symptoms. People who have been in therapy for a long time and understand their symptoms well can also be quite shrewd when it comes to describing their internal life. It is entirely possible to be experiencing dissociation but still capable of describing the fact that it is happening, which can be grounding in and of itself, especially if the person has been taught coping strategies and distress tolerance.

Although it may seem incredibly disingenuous when people like Nan do this, it really is completely within reason. There is not just one kind or one level of dissociation. "Mixed states" also exist, which can frequently have dissociative components as well. Dissociation is also not just like flipping a switch as some of these videos seem to lead people to believe either intentionally or unintentionally.

I just can’t help myself I’m sorry 😩

I think what she means is that she didn’t know the artwork that was posted. It was all from before Chloe and Nan knew each other and using different usernames than what she uses now. I think the delay in chloe’s response is from processing things and watching all the relevant art be posted here one by one. I still do think it’s sus that she waited for Nan to post her apology before she posted her own video disowning her

I used to watch Chloe's and Nan's shit and I'm really thankful for OP and this thread cuz now I realized that I've been a huge fucking moron for supporting them. So thanks everyone for giving me a revelation about this whole bullshit. I'm still unsure about the whole 'DID' thing as a mental illness because they potray it so over the top but with all the sources from here it's clear they're just generally fucked in the head. As a person with BPD I'm really pissed off at them making a whole sensation about their 'mental illness'.

Just thought I'd share. I didn't even know this website existed before the whole CP drama, that's when I decided to look into things more deeply, so I owe that one to Nan, I guess.

Sure, I agree she probably didn't know about Nan's early 2000s accounts. But I find it impossible to believe she spent a year and a half in a relationship without learning about the sort of things that got Nan off sexually. Especially an LDR. You find yourselves texting some creative shit.
