• America was technically never a "Christian nation;" we have no state religion and the Constitution enshrines the right of everyone to practice whatever religion they want. The Founding Fathers were also big on separation between church and state.
• Christians aren't oppressed in the United States, lol. Usually "examples" of American Christian oppression is being asked to tolerate gay people or being told Happy Holidays instead of Merry Christmas. I'd argue that no other religions are oppressed, either.
