My state’s website is also fucky but I was able to download and print/snail mail a paper copy... is that an option for you at all? It’s not advertised here but if you click around a bit you can find it. My claim hasn’t been processed yet so I’m still up shit creek but you know... hope, etc.I've reached my limit with the racket every day at 7 PM in a neighborhood that's seen few hospitalizations and fewer deaths, the long bread lines and the absolute inability of the nipple ring brandishing blowhard NY governor to fix the Unemployment website so I can file a goddamn claim because shit is getting real and some asshole already chimped out at 5:30 AM in my building and all I have a improvised weapons and a huge part of the NYPD is out on sick leave. I can't watch the news anymore because if I see Cuomo droning on and on like a mongoloid in third grade one more time I'm going to lose my shit.
This kind of bullshit tyranny is why we should be armed.

The "jackass, loser, fat-tire biker" that CNN's Chris Cuomo berated on radio has filed a formal police complaint against the Prime Time anchor
The 65-year-old Long Island man, David Whelan, was the subject of a Cuomo tirade during a broadcast of "Let's Get After It with Chris Cuomo" over an alleged verbal confrontation between the two on Easter Sunday.
According to the East Hampton police complaint, obtained by The Independent, Cuomo allegedly threatened Mr Whelan, saying he hadn't "seen the last of him" and that "he would beat the crap out" of him.
"At this time D. Whelan does not wish to pursue charges but does want the situation documented as he is worried about C. Cuomo retaliating against him," the report said.
In an interview with The New York Post, Mr Whelan said he approached Cuomo and asked why he wasn't social distancing.
"I said to him, 'Your brother is the coronavirus czar, and you're not even following his rules — unnecessary travel'," he said.
Cuomo has been in quarantine and broadcasting from his Southampton home since announcing on 31 March that he had tested positive for coronavirus.
According to Mr Whelan, Cuomo responded: "'Who the hell are you?! I can do what I want!' He just ranted, screaming, 'I'll find out who you are!'"
"He said, 'This is not the end of this. You'll deal with this later. We will meet again.' If that's not a threat, I don't know what is," Mr Whelan said.
Cuomo vented about the incident during his SiriusXM radio show on Monday, explaining that his public profile prevented him from firing back at people talking "bullshit".
I know it's a tenuous connection to the WuFlu via the Chinese propaganda issue but OMFG..

Even if it's a brick building, there's no way it could drain that fast.
What? What does the building being made of brick have to do with cellphone battery life?
I'm guessing he's alluding to the fact that cellphones up their transmit power if the received signal is weak.
Anders Tegnell says the National Health Agency expected a big increase in the amount of infections and deaths during the Easter week but that it didn't occur. (Truth or just a matter of statistical delays? Tune in the next week!) (Same link as above)The situation in Sweden: 1,333 people have died after falling ill with covid-19, 574 women and 759 men, according to the compilation of the Public Health Authority (last updated: 16/4 14.00).
• The number of sick people in Sweden, as in all other countries, is in practice unclear, but 12,540 have been tested positive for the new corona virus. 996 patients have needed intensive care. The Public Health Authority says that Sweden has a general spread in large parts of the country.
• The government recommends universities, colleges, upper secondary schools and adult education to teach at a distance. Compulsory schools and preschools are open until further notice.
• Prohibition on public gatherings exceeds 50 people.
• A ban on visitors prevails on all the country's elderly homes from 1 April.
• The Public Health Authority encourages those who feel sick to stay home. The population should be aware of symptoms, wash their hands frequently with warm water and soap for at least 20 seconds, sneeze and cough in the arm fold, and avoid touching the eyes, nose and mouth.
The situation in Stockholm seems to be getting worse http://archive.li/OzsTdTegnell: The expected increase did not occur
The Public Health Authority reports that 1,333 people have now died in Sweden after being found infected by covid-19 and that 954 people are being cared for in IVA departments.
Anders Tegnell, state epidemiologist at the Public Health Agency opens the press conference, he says that the expected increase in new infections and deaths in Sweden has not been. Tegnell says that it is not Stockholm that is currently the worst affected by the virus outbreak, as both Sörmland and Östergötland have more per capita victims.
The state epidemiologist also notes that the infection has spread to elderly homes in several locations in the country.
- Almost half of those who die in Sweden live in elderly homes, which is very serious. We must become better at protecting the elderly.
He concludes by recalling the actions that individuals should take: Stay at home if you feel symptoms, keep a distance, wash your hands carefully.
The National Board of Health and Welfare's emergency preparedness manager Johanna Sandwall says that 20 per cent capacity remains in healthcare, but also that the Armed Forces will make three helicopters available if it is necessary to move patients between regions. These will be based on Norrbotten, Uppsala and Västra Götaland respectively.
Max Stockman, religious minority administrator, Religious Support Agency, says the agency is working with different religious groups to reach as many Swedes as possible, for example, by publishing information films and information in multiple languages.
Stockman also says that we are in an intensive period of festivals affecting several religions, where Easter is indeed settled but Ramadan, Orthodox Easter, Pesach's end and other religious holidays are soon here, increasing the need for collaboration.
On a question about how afflicted people with obesity are compared to others, Tegnell says that the authority has not studied it in detail, but that it can be done in the future, but also that people with obesity are over-represented in health care.
- There is nothing that would surprise anyone in healthcare.
When asked why the Public Health Authority and the City of Stockholm give different pictures of what the situation actually looks like at the moment, Anders Tegnell replies that it is because of describing different situations, when the authority observes and studies the spread of the virus, while the healthcare system handles the result of it.
"What we are observing will be Stockholm Healthcare in a week, it is a very tough situation in healthcare in Stockholm," he says.
Ultimately, the National Board of Health and Welfare says they're going to try re-examing all corona related deaths to see if the amount of deaths is lower or higher than what has been reported so far http://archive.li/nAKoOStockholm region on the pressure on health care: "Is getting worse"
The spread of the new corona virus is spreading rapidly in the Stockholm region and the situation in the health care is about to worsen, according to Björn Eriksson, Director of Health. He now urges residents to continue to follow the advice of the authorities.
In recent days, the Public Health Agency has expressed cautious optimism as it was not possible to see a steep rise in the spread of the infection of the new corona virus in Sweden. Most of the new cases are still registered in Stockholm and in the region there are no signs that the pressure on health care is about to be relieved, according to Björn Eriksson.
- No, the need for healthcare is about to grow. We can see no relief. There is no reason to see anything but that it is getting worse. We still have very high pressure on intensive care and that will continue, ”says Björn Eriksson.
On Wednesday, 224 patients with covid-19 intensive care received at the region's emergency hospital. In addition, an additional 884 patients received hospital care. Björn Eriksson recalls that the total number of covid patients in Stockholm exceeds the normal capacity seen in care centers at the region's largest hospital, Karolinska.
- We saw for a period that the need for care for diseases other than covid-19 was lower, but now we are beginning to see that these patients also come into our hospitals and emergency rooms. They should do it, care should work for them too. But it also increases the total need for healthcare, says Björn Eriksson, adding:
- There is no reason for anyone to drop the discipline when it comes to the advice of the Public Health Authority. We now believe that the spread of infection is greatest. If anyone thinks that this is about to level out, then it does not apply to health care in Stockholm.
At Thursday's press conference, state epidemiologist Anders Tegnell received a question from TT about the various images you can use if you listen to the Public Health Authority's analysis, and the statements that have recently come from health officials in the Stockholm region.
- We live in slightly different times. We live a little further ahead than you do in health care, because there you constantly see the accumulated number of cases. I try to say that all the time: this does not mean that the pressure in the health care system has gone down, but it gives a signal to the healthcare system to slowly but surely the pressure will decrease, Anders Tegnell said and continued:
- But I understand it's tough. It is very tough in Stockholm healthcare, and I would not dream of denying it.
On Wednesday, the Stockholm region also presented more detailed figures on what the spread of infection has looked like in elderly homes in the county. It was then discovered that at least some residents of 172 of 313 homes had been tested positive for the corona virus. 274 of the 701 people who have died in the region have lived in elderly homes.
- I look at it seriously. It is precisely in the accommodation that we do not want infection. We have been working constantly to try to protect our frail elderly people and especially these residents. It is a big task to try and make sure it does not spread further.
On Thursday afternoon, Region Stockholm has called for a press conference. There, a new prognosis of the expected need for hospital care for patients with covid-19 infection will be presented. The press conference will start at 16.30.
Uncertainty about the Swedish death toll - now the number of deceased persons must be determined
The actual number of Swedes who died as a result of the new corona virus may be higher or lower than the figures reported so far. This says Mona Heurgren, head of the National Board of Health and Welfare, who will now produce statistics based on the cause of death documented in health care.
- Possibly there will be some more, she says.
The daily presentation of the number of deaths in covid-19 has raised questions. Accounting methods and which are included in the statistics have been discussed together with how well it is possible to compare the death rates of different countries.
It is now clear that all covid-19-related deaths should be re-examined. This is due to what is otherwise the standard procedure when it comes to reporting causes of death.
- In a pandemic one wants to report deaths with as short a delay as possible. Therefore, the statistics on the authorities complement each other, says Mona Heurgren, head of the register and statistics department at the National Board of Health and Welfare.
The National Board of Health and Welfare's usual procedure for reporting causes of death has not yet been used. Instead, the Public Health Authority has received ongoing reports of laboratory-confirmed cases and deceased through its register for infected.
- What we will do now is look at how the doctors themselves documented the cause of death for each patient in accordance with the regulations that exist, says Mona Heurgren.
The cause of death certificates - which a doctor completes in connection with the death of a person - have not been taken into account in the statistics on covid-19 so far. According to the National Board of Health, the certificates can either say that there is a "strong suspicion" that the person has the new corona virus or that the infection is confirmed. In the new statistics, both of these categories will be coded as covid-19, according to Mona Heurgren.
- We will be able to further quality assure the process by using more factors. Partly because we collect data directly from the responsible physician. We will be able to learn more about what health care believes has been the cause of death.
According to Mona Heurgren, the material with the death certificates has so far shown that the current figures seem to correspond fairly well with how the ordinary cause of death statistics will fall out.
- Our assessment of what we got in is that we probably end up quite similar, but with some shifts.
Mona Heurgren says there are likely to be people who are included in the statistics, but also those who are missing out.
- We may find, for example, a multi-disease cancer patient where covid-19 has not been the main cause of death.
Mona Heurgren says that the WHO on Wednesday issued new guidelines on how the new codes linked to covid-19 should be interpreted and used, which the National Board of Health will follow. According to her, Sweden stands out because from the outset we have reported all those confirmed infected as dead, even outside the hospitals.
- In the international statistics, for example, there are doubts about how those who die in the elderly are counted, she says.
The National Board of Health and Welfare statistics are scheduled to start being published next week.
- What we have seen so far is that the numbers match up quite well. Perhaps there will be some more, says Mona Heurgren.

You know what, I finally managed to get through...in Español. I said fuck it, I speak it at least once a day here. It was fine except the prompts sounded like they were written for a re.tarded Puerto Rican and the AI couldn't understand me saying numbers so my cell wasn't recorded. Great, I'm sure that will not delay my claim. At all. You can only submit a partial claim and then wait for a call back from a NYS employee.Fuck Dave Ramsay I like my car
