I kinda find it similar to how Dr. Manhattan can't be bothered to basically end all world conflict despite possessing Godlike power and the ability to perceive all time simultaneously specifically because he's passively unconcerned about humanity and their problems. Only Dr. Manhattan's disconnect from humanity is because he legitimately perceives reality in a way human brains can't; Chris's grasp on reality is because his brain is literally less developed than the average person.

Oh well, at least Chris's CPU Goddess form doesn't show off his duck.
