Wonder what would happen if he got dropped from Twitch
Start distancing from it, trying to claim it was a mutual release. This being after privately whining hard repeatedly at them. He'd then blame them for everything he loses after creating a proper sob story, so like a few days later since Pig is mentally challenged and he takes a while to form excuses or lies, and his Pigcult will slit their wallets open on Patreon or something.

I just recently got to the cross dressing scene in FF7R and I thought it was really cute and sweet. so i'm sure phil is going to barely prevent himself from going on a homophobic rant about it.

honestly just wanted to say I really enjoyed the scene.
I’ve never seen anyone make negative comments about the scene(granted I’ve never looked for it either lol) it’s always been seen as a silly moment in the game that stands out among a series of iconic moments. Anyone who knows anything about FF knows about the cloud cross dressing scene. Phil is legit the only person I’ve seen even attempt to make a big stink about it.

A vest would really bring the whole look together *HINT HINT*

Unlike cheers, which DSP gets 100% of (Twitch charges the 40% fee on the user who purchases the bits to cheer with), YouTube takes 30% of all SuperChats he makes. His audience wants to throw $100 at him? DSP is only seeing $70 of that. The minimum you can super chat is $1, and of that DSP will only see 70 cents. All those 50 bitch ears he gets throughout a night that add up won't be there anymore.

YouTube DOES have Memberships, which function very similarly to Subscriptions on Twitch. However, you get a more favorable split on the income here ( 70/30 in your favor, so a $5 Membership works out to be $3.50 to you and $1.50 to YouTube) However, the # of emotes you get are directly related to the amount of Memberships you have on your channel.

Additionally, YouTube wants you to offer something for your Members. For example, a behind the scenes video, or a Members only stream. I do multiplayer games with my Members, for example. That requirement will force DSP out of his comfort zone. It can't be "oh Member's only chat, or a chat badge, or emojis" because those are already offered by the default level at YouTube.

(Must deliver on all perks you offer will be a hard requirement, too)
You can offer Memberships at different prices now, you aren't locked into the 5/10/25 tiers that Twitch forces. You can go as low as $1 for a Membership, or as high as $100.

On YouTube streams you can still run ad breaks to your audience, and monetize the stream to play an ad when someone first tunes in.

But, the tip goal vest streak is all through Streamlabs. DSP will probably push his audience even more to donate through his PayPal/StreamLabs because YouTube takes a 30% cut of everything.

This is correct, no gifted subs, no Amazon Prime freebie subs.
He would absolutely get more viewers. Twitch dominates the streaming market, and is therefore extremely saturated. DSP would have WAY less competition on YouTube, especially if he is able to bring over 300-400 viewers. He might hit YouTube's Live Recommended page.

Plus, as he talks about how shitty Twitch is for only allowing him to stream in 5000 kbps but he "records" in 9000 kbps locally, he wouldn't have to reupload the streams. The VODs will go straight to his channel, he could do "stream only" in OBS which will be less strain on his laptop (not streaming and recording), and he can go as high as 51,000 kbps for YouTube (that's 4k at 60 FPS). Plus he doesn't have to babysit the uploads, retype a title, put in tags or a description, as that's all set when you start the stream.

TLDR: YouTube takes 30% of Membership and Superchats, but I believe a bulk of his earnings is through tips, so it would be a wash. IMO YouTube streaming offers way more services than Twitch and would make DSP's life easier/lazier for his content.

EDIT: DSP averages about ~166 gifted subs a month over the last year, which if they're all Tier 1 comes out to be about $415.63 a month.
DSP averages ~215 Prime subs a month over the last year, which is about $537.29 a month. Losing both of those would be a hit of just under $1000 a month.
If he gets every Tier 1 sub to pay for a $5 Membership on YouTube, he would get about $1003.33 a month, versus the ~$716.67 he gets for all the Tier 1 subs on Twitch. Not enough of an increase to make up for the loss of gifted/prime subs.
And real talk I think youtube is still just a better site, especially when dealing with mobile. If I close twitchs app it’s a chore to get the stream started back up, and ads feel so much more prevalent, there’s no pause option. While I’ve never had a problem pausing a YouTube stream, coming back and just getting the stream moving again. My other favorite thing is the ability to rewind streams on YouTube, I’ll show up late to a dave stream or anything really and just start over at the beginning, although Dave would probably hate people being able to do this for his stream.

twitch just feels like a bigger hassle to use on my phone than youtube, it’s really incredible

I didn't play the original game, so I don't know how it was there. But the scene in FF7R wasn't really silly, but overall sweet. With the Andrea guy telling Cloud. "True beauty isn't restricted by gender, remember Cloud, you never have to be afraid."

Iunno, I just thought the line "you never have to be afraid" was really sweet considering Cloud very obviously has a shit ton of PTSD from whatever his SOLDIER shit was.

I meant the overall concept of having this super serious character cross dress to sneak into a place being silly lol.

Dude what? Ice posidon and crew broke every law and rule under the sun on youtube and were never touched. Twitch is 1000x stricter.
Yes, maybe so. Phil may still have a harder time on Youtube though since he won't have any protection and all it takes is a random strike to lose his streaming privileges.

Cloud isn't even an edgy or super serious character. People mistake the way he was in Kingdom Hearts for how he was in his own game. Cloud is a goof who tries super hard to look cool for his girl and his friends, who just happens to have weird PTSD going on as well. Squall was the edgy, serious one.

That's because Pig is a faggot in denial and very low-T; he's very desperate to pretend he's a big strong manly man according to his poor understanding of Italian culture. He isn't manly and is in fact very likely gay given his regular obsession with big sweaty men, not helped by how he was more mad at Rambo ditching him than Leanna. But basically he's terrified of facing that he is a weak bitch who likes dick, so you get the peacocking of a weak man.

He also is desperate to prove he is a "true FF6" fan when he does this, because he's still stuck in 2007 or so when internet tardfights over which game was better was popular on YT. Like his pathetic impersonation of the Nerd, this is more proof he's out of touch and autistic; the product of being basically a tard who was raised without any need to grow by mama Burnell.

The Honey Bee Inn is completely optional in the original, which makes Phil's whining about it all the funnier. But once inside he probably went into the room where Cloud gets into a hot tub with half a dozen half-naked men. His teenage brain probably didn't know how to process the new emotions he was feeling.

I'm honestly most baffled about Aerith. in FF7R she's super energetic and full of life and character.

In KH she's the most monotone soulless bitch I've ever seen. I just assumed that's how she was in FF7, but after playing FF7R i'm really curious why she was like that.

Phil doesn't understand 'humor' so most likely he just managed 'this is gay so its dumb'.

Phil's got the mental acuity of a fourth grader.

dsp will probably do a members only stream where you can pay him to possibly answer questions if he doesn't think you're a troll
