I don't think it really would be a field day, it would be a shrug of shoulders at best since we've all predicted Kats departure many times over.

he's not going to be thinking about that while cooming inside his new 35 year old obese mexican wife. he's not going to think about it until the kid is 4 years old and his new 46 year old chubby turkish wife tells him he should teach the kid how to play baseball while he has custody of it on the weekends.

This is off-topic autism, but I don't see anything wrong with it. If you love someone who already has a kid and you love them like your own, I don't see the issue with raising someone's kid. It's dumb as hell if your girl cheated and got knocked up but people act like having a step-kid is awful. I really don't get it.

There's nothing scheduled right now. Since it's been converted to an asset case, the trustee has to determine the value of Phil's estate. Right now we just wait for Nancy to make her move. Some cursory searching around bkforum suggests something will happen within 3 months of the trustee investigating assets, whereas it's been only 3 weeks for DSP. I don't know what all would show on PACER but possibly we'll just find out when she ultimately files a motion to discharge / convert / dismiss his case.
