Look. I have multiple clients with autism spectrum disorder. I got about halfway through those images before I had to walk away. Both sides in that FB thread have plenty of points of error to point out, but doing so properly would require writing a book. And I'm already halfway into considering writing a thesis on Toye and his behavior the last year so I don't have time to deal with the nuclear weapons level of autism that shit (and the accusers posts too) is unleashing.

Honestly, at this point, you should never apologize, not even if you're guilty. Literally nothing good ever comes out of it.
Quite ironic that cancel culture made apologies and working on yourself impossible. These people will never stop until you Alec Holowka or August Ames yourself, remorseful or not.
Chris Niosi is also a good example of this. He apologized and promised he'd get therapy (even though he denied the most serious allegations, basically only admitted to being an ass), and the usual suspects took this as him admitting to everything and they kept hounding him. He lost his role in Smash, and when he congratulated his replacement in a tweet, the responses to that tweet were filled with schadenfreude and people mocking him, despite him probably being at a very low point in his life at that moment. I can guarantee you that none of the people in the replies would've been even a little bit sad if Niosi had killed himself shortly after.
Anyway, sorry for long autistic rambling, point is, don't apologise and suicide of the accused is the end goal of cancel culture.

17 isn't underage. If the 17 year old had sent nudes she'd have been disseminating child porn and he'd have looked at it and they'd both be screwed, but the federal age of consent for 'getting sexual' is 16, and in most states it is also 16. The only exceptions are very narrow bands of 'positions of authority' such as being a teacher or a guardian. No matter how you 'reeeeeeeee' about it, it's not pedophilia just because they're 30 and banging a 16 year old, you're just too stupid to learn the age of consent laws in your area and rely on Hollywood to teach you them instead (which use California's insane laws that not only push it to 18, but allow 15 year olds to statutorially rape themselves and their fellow 15 year old partner). Be a real shame, though, if he were a 19 year old forcibly making out with a 13 or 14 year old, though, wouldn't it.
If he later admitted to hitting on 12 year olds, though, that's because he's a moron. This initial accusation is nothing, and let he and Niosi be a lesson to people that 'just apologize and grovel and alienate anyone who defends you and we'll forgive you' is a lie.

That reminds me, when her facehugger pics were popping up she was finding all sorts of excuses at first and did the "I have learned from my past mistakes" routine. 2 days later she magically knew the age of the girls and put them 1 year above the age of consent.
