I was wondering why they needed so much money for the solar power setup, because I've helped set up solar power systems on similar sized properties before and they cost less than a third of what the troons were asking for. Well now I know, computers take an absurd amount of power, I don't even want to think about how much power Kevies setup would use. Worst part is that they don't seem to have made any attempt to charge up the batteries before using the system, so they won't get a chance to build up a charge and if they happen to get a few cloudy days they'll run out very quick.
