In case you're wondering what the fuck "hypergranulation" is, it looks worse than it even sounds:

From what i can find it seems like its too much new blood vessels and connective tissue (granulation tissue) growing, which is caused by prolonged stimulation of fibroplasia (regular fibrous tissue that's normal for healing) and angiogenesis (where old blood vessels form new blood vessels also normal in healing). So I'm assuming that the constant repair process the body is trying to use on his neo-vag after he dilates has caused this and will not stop until he stops dilating.

Another thing is that one person mentioned silver nitrate for treatment, However all this does is kill the issue which leads to worse inflammation and therefore more hyper granulation. The only real solution is doing surgery with lasers to destroy the tissue, which is going to be impossible to do in the current pandemic.

Some wounds are best left clean but in the open air for a bit. Usually fungal infections in my experience. They thrive in warm, moist places and if you clean the area and let the skin dry a bit then it can help stop it growing.

Schools of thought have gone back and forth over the years with wound maintenance. It can depend on the location and type of infection. Some alternate between wet (put a topical medical treatment and then keep covered with a dressing) or dry.

At least he doesn’t have the huge multitouch one that would be even more depressing that he has it considering it's never used. Although I do wonder how old it is considering many now just use an iPad pro with an apple pencil instead cos its cheaper. So basically him having a cintiq he doesn't use is a way to show off to many in the digital art/animation community who would kill for that thing.

Edit to add: ok so if that's a 22 inch it came out in 2019 so yeah he just spent 1.7k for the sake of it on a monitor he doesn't use and he probably bought it when it first came out.

So he's never played the original yet sunk a ton of money on the deluxe of a first part of a game that's only 30-40 hours for an RPG. He really does spend money like water.
