Median contribution for which type? Cheers or subs?
I mean either or overall would both be interesting

It's difficult to actually calculate as well, considering the fake names, but you probably have some idea who might be who depending on how often/how sizeable the tips are?

With the prospect of him losing the ability to go into bankruptcy, I wonder if he'll try to capitalize somehow on the creditors coming to his house and a day to day basis.

I also wonder how long it will be before the creditors going after his WWE Legends debt just abandon all hope, maybe that debt will be sold off to other collectors, and then he'll just have to deal with a new person each week coming up to his door step and asking to see his phone.
Creditors will not be going to the gout shack. They will take him to court and if he doesn't show, get a default judgement against him.

So umm, I was trying to put myself in phil's head for a moment (do not try this at home)
On trying to understand what he considers a business expense I came to this thought;
Is he counting chargebacks as expenses? See, if someone tips him he does think it's his money so if he gets charged back he most likely mentally handles it as an expense or a theft or something similar like that.

Anybody wondered about this possibility? How much of his tips would be need to be charged back to fumble the numbers even remotely into the ballpark he's claiming? I guess I imagine that in Phil's semantic view "he did everything correct, he did nothing wrong" and the expenses is a mindfuck to try to wonder how he pignoses himself into submitting such utter bullshit.

Don't shoot me if this was asked earlier, been lurking for a while and don't remember that being asked +with the recent discord leak it sounds like he has to deal with chargebacks a lot more than he would ever admit publically.

E: Then again, could be that he just looked at his paypal and simply marked down anything he used from it as an expense, after all, it's Phil so don't attribute to malice that which could be explained by extreme aversion towards effort

All of them, more or less.

I guess there really isn't any remotely logical answer to the question and it might just be that everything he used from paypal = business expense or something in his view. :stress:

I think the guess that he's included his WWE Champions spending and probably more of his WA mortgage and utilities than is legally allowed is the most likely option. Someone else showed that his "business expenses" tracked fairly closely to his tip money every month, suggesting that a good chunk of the tip money went to the game.

I considered that but there's no way he's getting even thousand a month in chargebacks. Unless he's retroactively counting Tut or something, which would be super fraud only he could justify doing.

Reactions: the khat quaffer
He can say that he sold it to Khet for $1 so it is no longer in his possession

Fraudulent Conveyance.
Here's a Thought if Dave sold everything he hordes that isn't directly involved with his business right now. statues old consoles ect and put all that money towards his debts how big of a dent could he realistically make in them?

If he had been willing to sell the WA condo I think he could've worked something out with the creditors and had everything paid off in 12-18 months without much sacrifice beyond moving into a smaller rental for that time.

That's a Given but let's assume he's not willing to do so I'd be curious if anyone could actually crunch the numbers and figure it out.

Hard to tell when we don't have a relatively full picture of what Phil owns. The Kiwifarms siege on Snort Fort during Phil's wedding failed to come up with any tangible info. (It's the effort that counts, guys, we still love you)

Seriously, though, if it were to be just his gaming stuff/statues, it wouldn't make a realistic dent in his debt. The guy has over $100K in credit card debt alone, and if he sold everything there's no way he'd take any extra steps to maximize the cash he gets from them. Laziness and instant gratification wouldn't allow him to. So being generous here, he could probably sell all his old gaming stuff/statues for around $1,500. I'm just spitballing here, I'm sure there's autists people here that have a much better grasp on this.

He added $2500 worth of collectibles, Jasper, and $1500 worth of "electronics used for business"
