I've saved a lot of money this month when the contractors for my basement reno decided "postpone" the work until a later date breaking our contract and I decided to do the work myself. Been working 20 hour days (that's including my usual work hours), but the basement is nearly finished with my father-in-laws help. Just waiting on my electrician to finish all of his work by Friday and I can finish up. @TamarYaelBatYah I love the images you decide to bless this thread with, but could you please size them down a bit, or put them in spoiler tags? That would be very kind of you if you would do so.
EDIT: It is the magical rock creature one. Of course, you COULD claim they are supposed to be the Nephilim, the children of fallen angels and human women, but those only appear like 2 or 3 times in the Old Testament, and don't mention them being made of stone, if I remember correctly. I am not very familiar with the Torah, so there may be something in there about them being big fuck-off rock monsters that look like the Pokemon Onix had diarrhea that clumped together and became sentient. I'm sure Tamar is more familiar with them, if so. Or I might just be optimistic and she has never actually read any religious text in full apart from using Ask.com to find passages to totally own us "pagan" Kiwis.

They wouldn't threadban without saying anything. Call me optimistic, but I think she might have realized how much of a fool she made of herself in that bizarre manic posting burst she just had. Claiming she never put pictures of her kids online, when she had done so right here, telling us about her corkboard with a map of our assumed locations, lies about rich benefactors and private investigators, and begging Marshmallow to build a goddamn ark and sail away, forgetting that all the biblical ark did was float.
That whole episode was the most bonkers I've ever seen her. I think her bipolar is in a depressive state. All those birth hormones have worn off, and the possible post partum slump is here.

If I know Melinda as well as I do, she's practically proud of all and any of the shit she said, but she's just disappeared and is gonna stay quiet for a week to "work on her studies," or "educate her children," and other bullshit like she usually does. just so happens she wasn't autistic enough to announce it this time around.
I appreciate the optimism though.
