As long as he puts his business card in the empty DVD cases.View attachment 1252595
Jesus christ, everytime I see that fucking abomination of a business card I want to die. You can't convince me he didn't make it in paint. Boring layout, boring font, boring flow, boring coloring. If someone handed me a business card this fucking dull, I would tear it to pieces in front of them. Put effort into your work, make me think you actually care about what's on the card.

There’s some pretty good shit in his pre stream as well. Sorry I don’t have a time stamp, I was doing other shot and I can only take dsp for so long before I feel the cancer grow. Starts around 20 mins with his “poor me I’m just so DSPositive and those dang dirty tractors ruin it for us!”
Exceptional PSA from phil, around 13minutes in, he tells people to not have twitch DMs open because "someone can link you something and get your IP address" - Valid point yes but has he never heard of VPNs?
More of a direct quote of what followed: "These are not normal people like you and I, umm, who have like productive pahsitive lives with friends and family members they care about"
Phil has friends apparently, I guess they're business related too and he still has them.

Phil probably thinks these amendments will clear up whatever doubts Nancy may have had with his filing.

“$9000 in expenses for this month alone. No personal electronics. Undervaluing his home. I don’t know if I can approve this bankruptcy. Oh wait, it looks like he has a cat... And carry the one. Yup, it all adds up. Approved!”

Why do I get the feeling he's going to try and amend it bit by bit dozens of times, as each inaccuracy becomes apparent? I hope each amended filing costs him another $1200/hr or whatever fee Rochelle charges.

It would be comforting to know each amendment to keep his condo requires SIX vest streams to pay for, and every time he pays her, he knows he's going to have to do it again as soon as someone points out he listed Leanna as a dependent in 2019.

As far as Phil is concerned, this is standard bankruptcy procedure. You list as little as possible in your initial petition and only if the trustee asks questions do you start to give information that is supposed to help figure out the value of your assets. You never give them everything at once either, let the trustee do all the work by finding your valuables instead of actually listing them in the first place. It's what his bankruptcy lawyer told him dood.

Nancy probably noted deficiences in Phil's filing and is forcing him to update it to be accurate.

Autism question: When Phil listed his 200 dollars in personal electronics did he reduce his furniture by 200? Remember, Rochelle was very clear with Nancy she "lumped them together' originally.

Also why the fuck is his property still listed as a condo? Maybe Nancy gave Phil/Rochelle a list to correct and that wasn't on it?

From earlier parts in this thread, there are specific deadlines for different judgements (e.g. move to make this an asset case or remain non-asset, objections from creditors etc.). The 30 day deadline just passed and now he makes an amendment? Would this be seen as abuse of the system to make him look like he has less assets so it will most likely remain a no-asset case?

I mean, the whole 341 meeting made him swear underoath that he read his filing and he agrees everything is accurate. Not sure how one can pull a "LOL I totally forgot that I had a cat I had to put on this filing. Sorry guys." and still come out smelling like roses.

Maybe a lawyer type can tell me, but do they care at all about what he has been spending his discretionary income on? Don't they look at his credit card statements bank accounts, including paypal, to see exactly where his money went and not just balances? How does he hide tens of thousands of dollars spent on online games? And if they do see it, do they care? or is it all about him not being able to pay creditors NOW, regardless of how reckless he was. Is it more likely to be dismissed for stupid spending as opposed to let's say someone who ran up credit cards due to medical bills? Or don't they care?

If I understand correctly, he's already been converted to an asset case, so that particular ship has sailed if that was his goal. My guess is he realized Nancy was coming for his shit and is trying to hide it under whatever exemption Rochelle thinks has a snowball's chance of working.

Still not listing his dozen+ paintings he paid like $400 apiece for, not listing his 2 $1K gamer quilts, not listing his 500+ blu-rays under the media exemption (note almost none of these are DVDs, they are almost entirely blu-rays in 'like new' condition that can sell for $10 each). Phil, your 55" 3D TV and surround sound system alone are worth more than $200, not to mention your bedroom TV, and your old office TV. Still not listing his correct address, still incorrectly categorizing his residence as a 'Single-family home' instead of as a 'Condo', still using a 6 year old Zillow listing as the appraisal price. . .

For some reason he is still valuing his possessions based on what he guesses a crack-head in an ally would pay for it. . .except for his precious gamer statues which he has valued at their current marketplace value. . .which is exactly how you are supposed to value all of your possessions in a bankruptcy!
Didn't he claim to have taken most/all of his disc-based movies to some pawn shop or whatever resale store (like Zia Records we have in Vegas) and only got a few hundred bucks for the collection?

Thank pigpiggo for the clarification. It was HALF the blu-rays. Allegedly.
