Once he or his attorney realized those docs were incorrect they have an obligation to correct them. That's all I think this is, DSP and the lawyer know that things he's said on-stream undermine his original filing and those things are being brought to the trustee's attention.

They know they're in trouble, this is an attempt to minimize the damage they know is coming.

So wait, given she can't lie for a client, if detractors had been emailing Rochelle about what DSP actually owns and is hiding, she'd be legally required to amend the filing?

I like the idea of Rochelle sighing as another pigpiggo search result email comes in and she has to submit yet another amendment.

If I understand correctly, he's already been converted to an asset case, so that particular ship has sailed if that was his goal. My guess is he realized Nancy was coming for his shit and is trying to hide it under whatever exemption Rochelle thinks has a snowball's chance of working.
If that's the strategy he's implementing it very strangely. Trying to have stupid statues of scorpion in his original box treated as communal property with his wife under an exemption intended for things like the household refrigerator, and pots and pans is just going to backfire. The remote pay off of having his statues (which he is on public record trying to liquidate) as exempt household essentials is so stupid, it's more likely to piss everyone off and invite further scrutiny.

If we are lucky we will be treated to a run down of his current statues like we got for his consoles
Scorpion?
- Yes it's a household good, appliance, furniture, and home and yard equipment, which does not to exceed six thousand five hundred dollars in value for comfortable maintenance of the individual or community and I do still own it. *snort*

She hulk?
- Yes it's a household good, appliance, furniture, and home and yard equipment, which does not to exceed six thousand five hundred dollars in value for comfortable maintenance of the individual or community and I do still own it *burp* oh excuse me

whatever he gets under the exemption is clearly capped at $6500, and he'll need the exemption to cover things like his refrigerator and coffee machine as well as his statues.
Is there a highly regarded, current account of the statues in his possession? Some possible gay ops would be to take the list to a serious expert for a valuation, then attach the valuation to a statutory declaration.

For what it's worth, I don't think Rochelle had anything to do with this stupid shit. It looks like Phil just copy-pasted the specific law that allows exemption for his household goods, RCW § 6.15.010(1)(d)(i) to his new additions (electronics and collectibles). This is wrong because the specific laws that allow for exemptions of his electronics and collectibles (wildcard exemption) are RCW § 6.15.010(1)(c) and RCW § 6.15.010(1)(d)(ii), respectively. Rochelle also said during the 341 hearing that she bunched all his electronics with his household goods, now that $200 has been classified seperately as personal electronics you would expect that to be deducted with the same amount.

I really don't know what's going on anymore. It's incredibly frustrating to try and figure out what this retard is trying to do. I'm disappointed in Nancy if she's still entertaining the thought of discharging this scamming fuck's debts.

My guess is the $200 in personal electronics is the Switch, which he admitted on stream he 'misspoke' about.
So the only thing that he indicated as a personal electronic is the one that everyone on stream knows exists, and that he has repeatedly talked about Kat using, and that he was expressly called out on. That's the level of evidence required before Phil is willing to finally drop semantics to try to correct his lie under oath.

Jasper's cost is also extremely inaccurate - I think Phil indicated they adopted him from Arkansas. They had to pay to have him transported, no cat shelter is going to be that generous. But his semantic out here is likely that Kat paid for Jasper, so while he now legally exists, he didn't cost Phil anything to acquire, and therefore has no value.

I also agree that this is directly responsible for some of his angry comments on stream lately. I think he really believes Nancy has taken info from detractors, and she has probably asked about his coffee maker without having seen the interior of the house. She's done something since the hearing that has indicated to him that she is entertaining info from detractors. But I think a lot of the anger is the fact that he knew this was going to go public... and it is all fixes detractors said needed to happen months ago. You're in a bad spot when the 'fucking morons' are giving you the same advice that you had to pay your lawyer for...

Nancy: I need some numbers, snowflake.

Phil: Uuuuh, for the business? Uuuuh.

Nancy: This is your personal bankruptcy! So you listed electronics worth $1500.

Phil: Yes they are all business related and I still own them.

Echo in the darkness: Personal bankruptcy... Personal... personal... This is not how echos work...

Okay, first he put up this 1.5k for other electronics as part of his personal bankruptcy. Then he got asked what that's about and he shifted them into business. Now they're specified as business related, pretty much shared electronics? Doesn't this basically confirm to the court his business is not a separated entity like Nancy tried to find out with her questions?

I fell like this opens a whole new can of worms. Hopefully Nick & Friends will have a field trip with this.

So for newer people in so far this is what Phil has lied about.
  • His home value; if Soap and others are correct he is probably off by about 100-200k this pulls him out the safety zone.
  • It is also blatantly obvious he was cherry picking results and estimates from years back on Zillow to get to the sweet number he wanted.
  • Phil lied about his paypals to begin with.
  • His Patreon
  • His tee spring
  • Any private donations - we know he has has received countless over the years including his TV and PS4 which count as personal assets, also the switch UNDER OATH.
  • It is highly implied that he lied about the January expenses that being $9000
  • Possessions in his home aka assets
I am pretty sure there is more but he has lied so much. Rochelle will probably drop him in the end after leading him on.

Its looking like its going down the fraud route because this looks shady as hell.

She could have been a high flyin' hot shot legal genius until Phil blundered into her office and she caught his idiocy.

More than likely she's fucking useless, was asking for $1200 to just fill in a form and has little to no idea what she's actually doing beyond that. I'm no lawyer but when a legal document asks you to list any electronics you own, 'lumping them all together in furnishings' seems pretty fucking dumb. On the 341 call she sounded like she was not prepared for anything more than a 2 minute meeting.

Phil paid for a basic filing and he got basic.

I think she's been coasting on rubberstamping the bankruptcy filings of soccer moms and innocent grandmas who wandered into her stripmall office and are basically honest decent folk and got a little overextended. And these cases tend to be very simple. So its been a career of mindless easy work. Then phil comes waddling in while she's daydreaming about her next vacation to tahiti and she mindlessly transcibes as she always does, trusting the client. But this is a completely different ballgame already without him constantly playing games and hiding whatever he can both from the court and her. And to top the shit sundae he's trying to scam her as well paying two nickels for this much larger more complex case dragging on and on mostly because of his antics.

We don't actually "know" that, no paypig stepped forward to claim they bought them for Phil and we never identified anyone else.

Its more believable to me that Phil lied about getting donated items so he could pretend he has no money for frivolous luxuries but still managed to purchase all his other gaming things himself from his own personal bank account because Burnell productions never had a separate bank account.

Don't forget Streamlabs, and not having a pet despite putting pet food on his original application.

So he's amendmend his filing what's the next move hope and pray Nancy and the court grant him Ch 7?
A lean in ban at the next teleconference with him saying 'checkmate motherfucker. I don't need you detractors fucking with my life'

lol. Yeah.......the detractors filled out his paperwork. lol
It is fascinating Nancy gave him clues about what she knows yet he failed to see them. I also notice he's only claiming a little over $100 less from the one paypal account he said had money in it.

So, from what, I understand

At first, Phil said he had no electronics. His case gets converted to an asset one and, out of fear of his electronics being taken away, he now says that he does have some electronics and that they are exempt?

Pretty sure you just can't do that, but Phil has a fetish for digging himself in a deeper hole

He's ammending shit that people here and on his streams told him he hadn't filled in correctly months ago - and at the time he said that people saying he had done it wrong were idiot detractors.

He'd be so fucked without all the hand holding he gets. Imagine if he'd said at the time 'gee thanks guys I had missed that, thanks for the heads up really appreciate it' instead of being the obnoxious cunt he usually is.

you'd be right if it wasn't for the fact that this is nowhere near correct, he only amended what the trolls have brought up, but he's still hiding 90% of what he's got in his house. He's still not declaring it. He's still committing bankruptcy fraud.
