I haven’t seen anywhere that the name of the previous law firm of Vic’s was named.

I mean, he said it, that it just wasn't going to happen as instantaneous of a response that was needed to address this type of situation. Also I'm interested as well where Bettik got this information as well.

I'm not sure why he's sperging about whether it was said in the deposition. Who cares? He did say he retained Tonia Meiers for "a few weeks." They didn't ask and he, I assume, wouldn't have answered any questions that would be obviously protected by attorney-client privilege but I suppose someone pretending to be a lawyer wouldn't know that.

Also I don't know why I bothered looking this up again or how it matters at all but here is all he said on the subject, at least that I remember.

pp. 45-46.

And on February 20, 2019, he posted this in a tweet.

At this time, he had retained the Beard Harris firm.

He's being an angry manchild again.

This matches up with what @Svetlana has said. One firm said Vic had a strong case, but couldn't afford it. This firm was only consulted (I assume for free).

The other firm did C&Ds, but apparently wasn't up to snuff and was ditched in favor for Ty.

So, Vic has only paid one law firm prior to B&H. Which lines up with this testimony about Tonya Meier. The pronouns even match.

They keep trying to get gotchas on Vic, and end up flailing.

I keep seeing the wild KV logic leap from my statement of "we spoke to two different firms before hiring Ty" to "two different attorneys told Vic the case was shit."

No.

Attorney #1 (consulted - never actually hired): "You've definitely got a strong case, but you can't afford it."

Attorney #2 (the one who sent a C&D to Saucedo): "I understand your world is burning at Twitter speed. I'll get that motion filed sometime in the next 2 months-ish."

Exactly zero lawyers told us that the case had no merit. Quite the opposite.

Saucedo got a letter from a previous atty who did take the case before she was fired and Vic hired Ty.

They know. And they read the Farms. It's willful and ass-pat motivated clearly

Pretend lawyer now backtracks and says that it was his paralegal that was gossiping with another paralegal about the case.

What a beta male. Loved how he tries to use an evil version of Captain America like he is a badass. What a washup loser. Is there any wonder why this guy failed to give us proof he's a real "lawyer"? Wouldn't be shocked if it turns out to be fake news like a Suzy Lu's boyfriend. That would be embarrassing to lie about being a lawyer. Hmm? ಠಿ_ಠ
