One of the things I'm taking away from this outstanding bit of trolling is how absolutely on edge JY is. That dude is running on a hair trigger at this point. The original text message wasn't threatening at all; a normal person would have just replied "sorry, but I think you have a wrong number. I'm not selling anything on craigslist. Would you mind sending me the link to the ad you saw?". But JY immediately went off the deep end and started talking about anal tampons and his nemesis Donald. His nerves are clearly shot, he's always in defensive mode, and he can't trust a single person out in the world because he's been rightfully burned so many times. I think the whole thing is glorious, but at the same time I feel like he is a legitimate threat to his community. It's only a matter of time before he lashes out again and actually hurts someone smaller than him. He has zero self control and his anger seems to be constantly boiling over. Combine that with the fact that he's slow in the head and it's a recipe for disaster. This is going to turn out nicely I think (for us).

@pr3nt177 What are the rules for recording calls in leafland? in the states it varies state to state, some require that it be made known in the beginning the call is being recorded. Could he have broken any laws with his recording?
& no doubt on edge with his psych interview comin up...I KNOW that has to be taxing his head, I can't imagine the shrink not having some knowledge of him. A google or youtube search brings up nothing but his drama.
His acting at the HRT failed him, periods, vulva's & all.
Now there are REAL consequences to his performance with the shrink.

Only one party needs to consent to the recording, so Jonny can record without notifying the other person. Luckily for us it works in the other direction too.

I don't live in Canada Short Stack. In the UK I think you can record, without asking for consent from the other in the conversation, for personal use only. I've never had the need (or the fetish) so don't know where I legally stand on that.

Journalists often record conversations in secret that they then publish without facing any legal problems. That is because they make sure to either obtain consent or argue that the recordings are in the public’s interest.

A private recording can be submitted as evidence, but with some conditions:
- A recording may be relied on in evidence if the court gives permission
- An application for permission should be made on form C2
- The recording should be made available to other parties before any hearing to consider its admissibility.

Good, more thorough then I was going answer, which is a simple 'one party consent is good enough in Canada.'
It stops perps from getting away with whatever bullshit they want to say over the phone by denying concent or claiming they were never asked like in two party consent states. It's not COMPLETELY cucked up here.

It's likely that the judge is looking for a diversion strategy that will settle Yaniv down - such as anger management classes and having to report in person to a court officer each month about whether he's taken required steps and has stayed out of trouble. Yaniv's incentives to comply would be staying out of jail and, after a few years without incidents, getting his record wiped clean.
Part of the assessment may speak directly to whether Yaniv is likely to be a danger to others. It's likely to say he acts out when stressed and needs to learn coping methods.
It's important that people he's threatening while awaiting sentencing report those incidents to the court. It shows that he hasn't ceased his belligerence and menaces people frequently.

I'd be happy to see anger mgt. if nothing else, as I'm certain that he'll fuck that up too.
The anger mtg. classes I'm aware of are done as a group. Imagine JY there with a bunch of angry males (the classes aren't co ed in the states)?
JY starts his 1st class "But I'm a waman" & him being discriminated against. I can see him in total fear around a bunch of angry men, using that fear to play the system to get out of the classes, or special treatment "I want to be excused tonight as I have bad period cramps".
Imagine him being forced to participate in a group that I don't believe would be sympathetic to his issues? they laugh at him once & he sues the group.
Even with more serious consequences hanging over his head in a suspended sentence, I don't believe he'd last more than a few weeks before having to appear before a judge or probation dept. again.
So yeah....Let him get anger mgt. let him fuck that up on his own, then what excuses does he have?
